I haven't written a review before but I need to on this one. This has got to be the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. When we arrived on sat 23 sept we were told that the hotel was fully booked and they had no booking for us, although this was a last minute booking on the previous weds we paid in full and received all our documents. The receptionist was rude and just dismissed us, until we approached her again when she conveniently found our reservation. We went to the room and it was horrible, the hotel had red carpets along the corridors which were awful , ripped and stained, our room was so tiny you couldn't move around with 3 beds in it, the room was on the side street in the middle of the main shopping street, it was very noisy during day and night. We went down to the reception and asked about the snack bar, which was chips and peanuts, but the chips were crips, the food was appalling, chicken, sausages and pork wasn't cooked through it was red and bloody inside. The oldish batman with glasses was very rude and clearly didn't like English people or children, there ere pigeons walking around the pool and bar area which was filthy, the pool and patio area was never cleaned while we were there. The list is endless, I have stayed in many 3 star hotels and this one doesn't deserve a star at all, it was horrible, dirty and disgusting food, and I wish I had read some of the reviews on here before booking this hotel from hell. DO NOT GO HERE YOU WILL HAVE THE SAME NIGHTMARE HOLIDAY AS WE DID.

the worst ever ever hotel ive ever stayed. ive stayed in some basic low star hotels and have never complained but this hotel is shocking! there was an unsafe tile that lifted in the ladies bar toilet and very dangerous to the children as they were able to lift completely off and remove with raw sewage directly underneath. we was also asked to pay 100 euros for a slight pen mark on the bedding which we refused to pay and had to wash in the last 2 hours before we were due to leave. the staff was rude, sharp and at times spoke in an aggressive behaviour to adults aswell as children. when i say skeggy is highly recomended that is no joke!!

I have never ever put a review on anything but having just returned from holiday at this hotel with my husband I feel that other people should be warned. This hotel is terrible It is like going back in time. The walls have wood chip on the rooms are awful and they always put you either on the side street or on the back which over looks shops If you want to move you have to pay extra to go on the pool side but the rooms are still the same very very basic. The carpets are red with all stains on them and warn out the rooms are very dreary and you have to pay for the tv remote. We had to upgrade to the superior room which was better. The food in this hotel is rotten its pork every night and chicked which tastes old chewy meat It is awful. The pool are is surrounded by other appartments and it is not nice at all. The hotel is situated right in the middle of all the shops. The bar man (who has been there over thirty years) is the rudest man I have ver met and never smiles. Even though this hotel is all inclusive the only snack you can get is crisps nothing else. Your drink you have to return your glass before you can get another drink and the bar area closes at 11.30 so you cannot get another drink even if you wanted to pay for it. It closes totally. The only civil person in this hotel was Giselle the lady on reception she was very pleasant and helpful Honestly please be warned this hotel is a disgrace.

Room Tip: the superior rooms are better please do not book this hotel it is not even a one star

I always read trip advisor but can honestly say that this is the first time i have ever put a review on, this place is pretty awful and feel an honest review may prevent other people staying here.

I will start with the rooms, on a positive they are clean and the bedding and towels regularly changed, however they are very old and poorly maintained, there are better rooms but you only get those if you complain and pay between 50 and 60 Euros !! Some of the balconies have little or no view at all.

The grounds are pretty and there is a nice pool,( although very small) however only half the pool area has sun the other half is a very small area and in peak season it would be very cramped, even out of season you had to fight for a sunbed, sun on the pool area between 10am and 3pm only.

The food !! lots of salad however the same food came out at lunchtime and for evening meal for a whole week there was no change in menu and much of the hot food was generally unedible!! Again the dining room is very small and at times you had to queue for a table so during busy periods this would be much worse.

The All Inclusive snacks are hardly worth talking about you get a sandwhich or crips/nuts, there is no other choice at all, the All Inclusive drinks are from 10 am until 23.45pm was a good choice however at 23.45 there is no option to stay and pay for drinks the bar is closed all the lights turned off and you are asked to leave all other hotels i have stayed at paying guests can stay at the bar until you finish drinking.

Finally the majority of staff are not very friendly or helpful, David who worked the bar some afternoons and the blonde lady were the best however Juan who worked most afternoons/evenings was rude, aggressive at times and made you feel as though he was constantly doing you a favour.

This is the worst hotel we have ever stayed at and would definately not recommend this to anyone. You do not get what you pay for !! Good location however very central to beach and town.

You get what you pay for.. We booked on 27th August to travel on 29th for 5 days.. We wanted a 4 star hotel, but the additional cost was almost another £400 which we felt we could not justify for 5 days...

Good points

Friendly staff, clean, good location

Bad points

Very noisy as you hear the other guests coming home in the early hours.. Walls very thin so you can hear doors slamming constantly. toilets flushing and furniture morning

Rooms very basic

Food was poor. I am not a fussy eater and will always try out new things... HOWEVER. The choices were - Pasta every night with the same sauce. A soup - we had leek soup on 3 nights (remember we were only there 5 nights !). Salad consisted of lettuce and tomatoes, and then a further two salad dishes which usually consisted of lettuce and meat in a creamy sauce. A chef cooks chicken thighs/wings, on a grill every night - make sure your portion is cooked though as on several occasions the chicken was still pink. There would the be a meat dish - usually pork or veal -and then a fish dish..Would either be chips or potatoes.. That was basically it which I personally do not think is a great choice - and more importantly, having more or less the same thing every night is boring.. Lunch was similar to dinner... Breakfast was ok for breads. cereals, fruit and cold meats.. Not great for hot food - eggs were usually hard, sausages not great and bacon was like hot ham..

No entertainment - so nothing for kids to do except use the pool which was freezing as it is in the shade for most of the day

Overall, this hotel is fine for 18-25 year olds as there is an all inclusive option and is within 5 minutes walk of the beach, clubs and bars..

In hind sight I wish we had paid the additional money and stayed at a 4 star hotel
