Everything about this hotel was great. Really, really friendly staff from the helpful people on reception to the cleaners. Room was kept clean every day. Good lifts, underground car park which was excellent to keep our bikes off the narrow streets, the steep ramp into the underground car park was a bit off putting, but manageable. Was €10 per night to park a car but for 2 bikes we paid same so that was a bonus. It was in good position right near a police station, on the next corner, so that was a good thing. Also less than 5 minutes walk to bus station. I got a return on bus to Barcelona for €21,it was an hour each way. So pretty good value.Would stay there again no problemo!!

First of all, i have nothing bad to say about this hotel or any of the staff members, so if you are looking for a bad review, this ain't it.
The location of the hotel is very good. Not to far and not to close from the beach or the center. You have to walk like 5 minutes to get to both center or beach.
I can't say the area is very quiet cause the streets are pretty narrow and many cars and scooters pass by, but is certainly more quiet then in the middle of the city.
Is preety tricky to get to the hotel by car, even though from the main street you have a marker showing you wich way to go, but when you get to the side streets , you don't know wich way to go. Anyway the hotel is right next the the "Policia local"(local police) station. If you won't see it, you can ask a policeman like i did.
Parking is a problem in Lloret because streets are very narrow and there's no space. Only close parking is at the theatre or on a hill behind the casino.
The hotel has 2 buildings, "L" shaped with a little street between them. Main building has restaurant, reception. etc and also has balconies with chairs and tables. The other building has very small balconies but rooms look newer and a little better.
We've stayed in the main building, and as you can see in the pictures, we have nothing to complain about the room. It wasn't to big, but it was very clean and enough for to persons. You get a big bed, LCD TV, big closet, small fridge, a chair, balcony with table, 2 chairs and ashtray.
Bathroom is also spotless, you get 5 towels for 2 persons, soaps, shampoos and shower gels for each and there's always hot water when you need it.
Cleaning is made every day and i guess also towels are changed daily. I don't know how many times they've changed the sheets durring our 7 nights stay, but every day the bed looked impecable.
Only minus about the room was that the fridge was not so good at making my wine and beer cold.
One day i've forgot my wallet on the table, near the TV and it had about 150E in it. Cleaning was made and when i came back after 6-7 hours, my wallet was the same as i've left it...so don't worry about any goods that you leave in the room, nobody will touch them, or at least this is what i can say about our maid. Thanks Nulin!
The staff is great, very helpful and careful to all your needs. All of them, from attendant, maid to manager greet you with a big smile and their traditional "hola!". Most of them speak english, but best ones are at the reception Marti, the other guy with glasses, and also Ruben.
When you check-in, you get a restaurant card for each room that you have to show when you're going down to eat.
The restaurant is preety big, fitting up about 250 persons, but it gets a little crowded at dinner, when all waiters, chefs and restaurant manager work around like ants making everybody feel good and welcomed. Tables, chairs and food, look impecable.
Both meals have plenty of choices for everybody, from vegans to carnivores.
Breakfast is not the same every day and you get: ham, salami, cheese, vegetables, eggs, omelet, sauages, winnies, potatos, porridge, cereals, salads, criosants, muffins, cookies, jam, chocolate cream, milk shakes, fruits, coffee, juice, tea, and most surprising "cava" or maybe you know it as champagne...free for everybody.
Dinner is also different each night and we've eaten many good things: paella, rabbit, turkey, chicken, shells, surimi, squid, octopus, beef, pork, vegetables, fries, soup, many salads, cheese, melon, watermelon, pineapple, apple, paech, orange, banana, sweets, ice-cream....all very good.
Nothing ever ends, but if it does, plates are filled up again in no time.
Drinks are not included at dinner, but you can get a nice bear for about 2.5E or a bottle of wine for about 7 euros.
Breakfast is from 8 to 10, and dinner from 19 to 21.
Madam Carmen, the restaurant manager, is a very nice lady. She doesn't speak so well english, but she understands very good what you need and helps you with everything. She greeted us in russian, even though we were romanians, but this didn't bother us, as long as they treated us very well. I see this happens everywhere we go.To say the truth, we are a little comunist russian cubs...as we lived in the shadow of "mother Russia" untill late in 89, when we've decided to make the "revolution".
The pool is not very big, but it doesn't get crowded, as everyone is laying on sunbeds.
The morning fight is for sunbeds and chairs, but i don't know why, when you have the whole sea and beach to get tanned.
The pool is also spotless. The attendant is cleaning it every day, first thing in the morning, and also cuts the flowers and bushes around the pool.
Around the pool area there are some tables, where you can serve drinks, sandwiches or any other things from the bar.
Also in the bar there are 2 pool tables and some video games where you can play.
So, as i've said before, everything is clean, looks like new, everyone is nice, helpful and makes you feel good and welcomed. For the money you pay, you get more then you deserve at this great hotel.

Thanks for all guys and keep up the good work!

Room Tip: Rooms from the upper floors might be less noisy.

This was our second time at this hotel and we enjoyed our stay. The hotel is has just five floors and is small and friendly, and typically Spanish. It is ideally situated for the beach, shops an night life but far enough away not to be bothered by the noise from the bars an discos .The local bus station Is also just a few minutes walk away which takes you to the resorts either side of LLoret. If you want a relaxed and quiet holiday this hotel is the one for you. Plentiful choice of food in the restaurant.

Room Tip: Either overlooking the pool area or top floor at the rear

I came across this hotel on a recent trip with my Universty. To get the negatives out of the way the food wasn't as varied as one would have expected, however was still editable. The televisions in the room were somewhat fuzzy on certain channels. Although when looking at customer service the hotel exceeded my expectations! The cleanliness of the hotel was well maintained and at times which would not effect guests. It's in a perfect location for those who don't like the loudness of the strip however it must be noted that there will be noise as you are in Spain!

I took a Group of 67 Final Year Degree students on a field trip and stayed here half board. Everything from check in, breakfast, dinner, rooms, bar and check out were great. The place is spotless - rooms, restaurant, bar and pool area. Staff were professional and took pride in whatever they worked at. Noise is a problem but the whole resort is very very noisy. The hotel is actually located in the quiet area of town. Avoid any hotels on the main strip unless you are there for the note life!
