Great location, food was satisfactory, room was a little dated and pretty basic but comfortable, nevertheless.

Wouldn't have any problems with this hotel if it wasn't for the housekeeping. My girlfriend and I are almost certain that we had money stolen by one of the hotel maids. We had only been in Lloret for two days and found a large sum of money to be missing that we left in our rooms. This sum of money somehow vanished once we came back to our clean room. We accurately calculated what we had spent within the first two days of being there and it didn't match the amount of money we were missing.

Secondly, there was a couple of times where we came back to our room and the balcony door was left wide open - it's almost as if they actually wanted us to keep getting robbed. Most of the maids can't even speak English either so it was hard to confront them about it.

Lastly, we had a few times when they would never knock on the door, they'd just automatically walk in while you're still sleeping. They'd wake us up and we'd have to tell them to leave. One of them actually had a problem with us staying in our room for too long, (which wasn't even that long), because she needed to clean it. She then decided to leave it in a mess until the next day.

Staff are rude and ignorant in all areas of the hotel. Reception is mayhem, younger reception staff little friendlier than older lady with short dark spiky hair so stay clear of her. Bar staff rude unless you were a paying customer, I drink token system a joke. Pool area ok, pools warm but sun beds hard and uncomfortable. Going in August didn't find there was the usual 5am subbed rush.
Room was basic but clean, clean towels daily and sheet change mid week, I was lucky to get a pool view.
Lots of groups of young people appeared to be Russian, Spanish and German, very loud most nights well into the early hours, shouting off balconies.. maybe one area of hotel should be kept for this clientele.
Food ok but never hot and at times dining ion chaos and staff so rude
On a positive note hotel situated well near shops and bus station .
I should shop around before booking this hotel

We stayed in August 2015, and its not a hotel you would spend all day at as the pool gets crowded, (they're not big enough) there was alot of stag and hen parties, so can be noisy. Food was ok we always managed to have something.
It's a good base for spending time at the beach which is lovely. Rooms are dated but expected, and were cleaned regular. The town is great for shopping we walked for hours around the shops every night theres lots to tempt you. Overall if you get a good deal and havent paid too much then its not a bad hotel as Lloret de mar is great!
