Have just returned from a 9 day tour with national holidays. It's the 3rd time we've done this tour. The weather was good daily but cool at night. Nice modern bedrooms-all very clean. Excellent staff throughout hotel. Plenty of choice in dining room. Lovely salads & deserts, also plenty of fresh fruit. Soup was good every night as well as main courses. Entertainment every night was also good along with free bar from 6-11pm. Plenty of choices from bar-shorts & mixers, cocktails, wine & beer. Tea & coffee also included. Plenty of wine or water with dinner. We had a great bunch on coach along with 2 lovely drivers-Ron & Steve. Most of us are returning in sept. Great time was had by us all!

my husband and i went to the Augusta club hotel LLoret on 5th oct 2013 and had a fabulous time the rooms were lovely and were over looking the pool very clean and comfortable and all rooms have a veranda the food was buffett style we were all inclusive so ate there three times a day there was ample variation so some thing for every one the staff went beyond the call of duty the pools are fabulous especially the lovely indoor one as it was very warm as a disabled person i enjoyed this pool very much the beach isnt too far away either and the shops quaint i loved his holiday and hotel very much and would not hesitate to reccomend it any one i will certainly be returning .

Room Tip: best rooms overlooking pool

1 week to 23 Sept 2013 with Mistral Holidays. Hotel very clean and staff friendly. Bedroom quite small and clean with bed linen and towels changed regularly. The furniture consisted of a bed, 1 small bedside table more like a stool, 1 larger one to store the cases on, 1 chair which had to be used as the other bedside table, 1 light only in a corner and no drawers or dressing table so it was a matter of living out of the cases. Not very good. Plenty of choice of fruit in the dining room, again very clean but short of staff to clear away the tables. There was the usual varied choices of hot and cold meals and salads, normally found in Spanish hotels, to satisfy the different nationalities there. Only informed one week before departure of the hotel and town it was in. Doubt very much if my wife and I will revisit this hotel.

Room Tip: From talking to fellow guests all sides of the hotel had noise problems.

Just came back today (15 Sep 2013). Away via coach firm National Holidays for 9 days. Decent enough hotel and quite comfy. Rooms were suitable but not much spare space. Plenty of choice at meal times but they were the same choices all week. Majority of guests were over 60 and queuing nearly an hour before meals though it didn't take too long to die down. 5 minute walk to the beach. Entertainment was average and again aimed at the older generation. Staff were friendly and the free bar was from 6pm until 11:30pm. Recommend taking a boat trip to Tossa de Mar which is 15 Euros and stops at all the little coves and beaches on the way up which takes about 30 minutes but quicker on the return journey. Local beach bar sells extremely large glasses of beer which is 5.50 euros for a medium which is about 1 1/2 pints!

We spent 7 nights HB basis. Meals were okay but very repetitive. Could pay £3 per day for drinks if required. rooms quite clean but small in size. The location was ideal for transport, 7 min walk to the sandy beach. Most Guests over the age of 60. Night entertainment is not the best. Could have been better. 60 - 75minutes away from Girona Airport on a Shuttle bus. 1 hour away from Barcelona by bus. Transport and food not cheap. Beaches were very clean and area was very safe. The city comes alive at night time. No tea or mini bar was in the room. Had to pay for the Locker. A/c was good

Room Tip: If you would like to hear music, then the rooms facing the Pool is good..

Hi, me and my Husband went Sept 3rd for a week, the hotel was ok, rooms were fine and the beds, only one English Channel BBC News ,no Movie's, plenty of French, greek,German and more. Breakfast ok not much variation in the wk, evening meals could do with more choice and hotter. Good location next to Bus Station ideal for trips and very good prices. Had good weather as well. Needs to have tea&coffee making facilities and a small fridge for water pop etc especially for family's. would go again but only for B&B, not 4star maybe 2!!!!!!!!!.
