After a day in the water there are few places that offer such a welcome. The rooms are ridiculously comfortable, the facilities are top notch and Jenny and Richard are the most friendly, welcoming couple in the bay. The breakfast is spectacular fueling a morning's surfing in the coldest conditions. Also, both Jenny and Richard are on hand offering valuable advice to 'weekend' surfers. We'll definitely be back!

What to say about breakers. Myself, the fiancé and my 4 year old son as well as 2 others were lucky to stay in such a beautiful b&b. We called up on the day and lucky enough they had a family room available. At such a good price we couldn't resist. Richard and Jenny made us feel at home as soon as we arrived. When shown to our family room I couldn't believe how clean and spacious it was and the view of the beach from our room was spectacular. Access to tea and coffee facilities all day and being able to watch tv in a spacious living room was fantastic. Breakfast in the morning was spot on with plenty to choose from, whether it be cereals or a non greasy cooked breakfast. Oh, not to mention great parking facilities and literally 1 minute walk to the beach and 5 minutes to the village where you can grab some lunch. We are already planning to go back this year and would recommend to any family. Richard and Jenny keep up the good work.

Despite arriving later than expected Jenny made us feel very welcome. Room was lovely and warm on a cold easter night and also clean and spacious. Also had the pick of 2 really nice lounges with a variety of tea/coffee and herbal teas. Got a generous helping for breakfast with eggs from thier own chickens. Finally the location was very close to the beach, had a quality surf as well....bonus =)

Would stay there again x

Jenny & Richard are a friendly & welcoming couple, despite a little mix up about the dates we were staying this remained the case & they remained very accommodating. The double room we stayed in was very pleasant & spacious & also very clean. It was a little tight in the shower/bathroom esp for my husband but nothing we/he couldn't put up with.

The beach and local vicinities are only a short walk away. Croyde Breakers is excellent value for money (tasty breakfast too to suit most preferences). We would happily return there & recommend to family, friends & others.

We stayed in September 2011 with our 2 very young (1 and 4 years) children.
We were given the very spacious family room, a lovely double bed plus 2 singles and a cot. The room was very clean and comfortable.
The owners are very accommodating and suggested some great ideas of things to do in the local area.
The breakfast was delicious, we loved the very fresh eggs from the free range chickens outside in the garden (a big hit with my 2 children), and they were very good at the odd menu change especially with my fussy eaters at breakfast!!
I was a little anxious about B&B's with little ones but it was for easier than I though it would be, we had a lovely stay.

We stayed here for one night and it was in the perfect location as we went surfing on both days and it took us a couple of minutes to get to the beach. The b&b also has a surf store to store boards and wetsuits which proved very useful! There was also surf hire in the car park next door to the b&b, and it was only a short walk to the little town of Croyde with a couple of shops and a nice pub. The room was quite big and was nice and clean, and so was the ensuite, although ours was a little on the small side. The breakfast was delicious and the couple were very friendly and helpful.
