Description: Blue Groove in Croyde, North Devon, oozes unique personality and refuses to be put in a box. Take that classic beachy style and add a dose of sophistication, take a cosmopolitan feel and place it among North Devon charm, take a burger and make it gourmet, find a friendly bunch of waiting staff that genuinely enjoy their work, and throw in some unmissable fresh fish and seafood, and you’re some way to working out what this café, restaurant and bar has to offer.Review by Food & Drink

The food here was great, the mussels were really fresh and the desserts are huge. The only negative I would say is that the restaurant was very busy and the staff seemed to struggle to get organised and delivey a service that matched the quality of the food. But then again we did visit right at the start of the simmer season so I would expect things to improve very rapidly. Will definitely be visiting again when I am next in N Devon.

Great location. Just sit outside and watch the world go by. After a long walk and fun on the beach we collapsed into this bar and re-energised ourselves. The pint of Thatches cider went down a treat.
We also liked the wifi connection which is difficult in Croyde.

Great restaurant/bar, with good outside seating area. Service was excellent along with the food. Really good menu choice and good size portions. There was really nothing we could fault with this restaurant and will definitely be returning again.

We had a delicious meal at the Blue Groove - I had a great curry and my husband had mussels, both wonderfully prepared. We had a cream tea there also on another occasion. Recommend!
