We spent a long week-end in the charming and cozy summer house at No 10. The owner was extremely efficient and friendly throughout the booking process and made us feel very welcome.

Little touches and thoughful preparation have made our stay extraordinarily nice and romantic.
We had our first try at surfing, the village and the beach is a short and very scenic walk away.

I can definitely raccomend it; 5 stars service and excellent breakfast!

My boyfriend and I really enjoyed our stay on Sandy Way in Croyde. We stayed for a few nights and found it to be a great location (5 minutes to the beach and 2 into town), a lovely clean room and a very good breakfast before a days few hours of surfing. Jane really is a born host going the extra mile helping up out with any local info and even drying our wet clothes after an afternoon on the amazing waves. We have loved every minute of our stay and would recommend Sandy Way to anyone!!! Peta & Chris x

We only stayed one night here but it was a faultless experience. Nothing is too much trouble for hostess Jane and we were made to feel really welcome from the moment we arrived. The decor and attention to detail is exquisite and there's plenty of space to relax as well as your own room. We had a huge breakfast with a selection of cereals, fresh fruit, yoghurt and a full English (I'm a veggie and got Halloumi instead of bacon/sausage) - great if you're hitting the waves!
It's a surfer-friendly place and the beach is about 5-10 minutes' walk away - there are also plenty of surf hire shops in the village which is 5 minutes down the road. I would highly recommend this place to anyone wanting a great-value break in Croyde.

Room Tip: There's a double and a twin so whatever suits.

Thank you to Jane and family for a wonderful stay, the accomadation was ideal, very clean and airy with use of your own lounge and also use of the garden you also had use of a shared bathroom with the other room. The location was ideal as it was about 10 mins from the main village and also the beach. The breakfast was large and ideal for a day on the beach and body boarding. As for the hosts it was just like staying with friends, we will definately go back.

This is a gem of a B&B. We found No10 after disliking where we had originally planned to stay – so it’s fair to say that we aren’t prepared to settle where our accommodation is concerned. The owner of No10 is Jane Baker & she was wonderful! She couldn’t have been more friendly, helpful, accommodating & overall an excellent host. We had the pleasure of staying in the double room. The bed was extremely comfortable with freshly laundered bedding & towels. We were also provided with very snugly dressing gowns! The room was spotless & immaculately presented with a flat screen TV & an ingenious device to hang your clothes from! The bathroom is shared with the twin room. It is a very generous size with bath/shower facilities & is decorated & cleaned to a very high standard (The air freshener was divine!) The lounge is also shared with the twin room. This doubles as the dining room for breakfast & a relaxing/chill out area throughout the rest of the day. There is a massive flat screen TV, DVD, stereo, comfy sofas & facilities for you to make as much tea, coffee, hot chocolate etc as you want. Breakfast was outstanding. Fresh coffee, orange juice, fruit & cereal to your hearts content & the most marvellous full English! You are free to come & go as you please & Jayne is only to happy to suggest places to visit, eat & explore. I highly recommend No10 for its comfort, value for money & first-class service. I can’t wait to stay there again!
