Jen and Eric could not do enough to make us feel at home. Great bed and great breakfast. Shame we were just passing through. We would definitely like to return and stay longer during the whale season. Eden and its surroundings are of outstanding natural beauty and reasonably well away from the hubbub you get further up the coast closer to Sydney

Another lovely young couple to brighten our day. Thank you!
Just saw a couple of dolphins looking for breakfast. From the deck.
Competing with amateur fisher people. Annual fishing comp.
Happy travels!!!

My favorite B&B by far! Service is super attentive to start with, from the moment you first contact them to check out. Rooms are amazingly comfortable, big and very comfy. Location is also great: walking distance from town and a fantastic view from the room. Breakfast is amazing, very complete and served on the deck with an amazing view - very convenient when you want to relax.
Eric and Jennifer are great hosts, professional, friendly and always helpful.

We stayed 5 nights and felt relaxed and comfortable the whole time. Most people seemed to stay one or two nights on their way through and they all told us they wished they stayed longer. There is quite a lot to do and see around Eden. The beaches are beautiful and the National Park has walks and history that is well worth the time. In the town itself, the Whale museum is actually really interesting (yes I was surprised) and the local restaurant Mystique is as good as any restaurant I have eaten at in Melbourne.

Note: to Geoff & Sue - the local muscles are sensational!!!

I highly recommend this B&B. Excellent!

I thought I replied to your review ages ago. Sorry I must have forgotten to push the SUBMIT button.
Did make some not very generous comments about BMX equipment maybe being a good idea for you. Like knee pads, elbow pads and a full face helmet.
Perhaps I chickened out.
We hope you are both happy and planning another holiday somewhere soon.
You were so much fun!
Spread the joy!

Driving around Eden we saw a sign in the road for a B & B and went down to find this amazing set up.
Firstly the welcome and helpfulness of Eric and Jen was outstanding.
The room was very good with excellent facilities and great views.
All the information about the local was provided and added to by their knowledge.
A welcome drink that evening with fellow guests before heading off to dinner was a nice touch.
The breakfast served on the terrace overlooking the bay was one of the best we had on our 2 week road trip.
Going beyond was exemplified by us leaving a single shoe in our room and Jen posting to us at no charge.
We would return and have told our Australian friends all about this great place.
One of the nicest B & B we have stayed in around the world.

Room Tip: All good with great views

We have had lots if things left behind but I think your shoe is the first for footwear.
Eric was on top of the post quickly as he was worried it may not reach you in time. Whew!
Many topics of conversation with global guests.
Can't beat it.
2 cruise ships in port on Monday the 10th, I hope you can imagine how great they looked anchored in the bay. Happy travels.

Ariane and I stayed over New year for 3 nights. From the moment we arrived Jennifer and Eric as our master hosts were charming. They knew just the right amount of hospitality to offer: relaxed, welcoming, peaceful - Snug cove offers so much warmth and charm. Drinks at 5pm on the terrace for all who stay and a great chance to meet other guests: or not necessary if you're so inclined and just want to rest. Wonderful views from the balcony of our room; and huge pelicans flying so close. We are indeed only a short walk from the water. Clean, homely, a superb home cooked breakfast as much or as little as you want. Jennifer even washed our clothes and pressed them for us.. crikey, not necessary but so kind and above and beyond the call. Eric's knowledge of Eden and surrounds and places of interest was a wonderful help. Both wonderful ambassadors for Eden and to real hospitality. We'll be back ! Viva Jennifer and Eric ! Thank you.

Thank you for your lovely comments. I do need to clear up 1 thing, didn't iron your garments! Have to fess up to this one or everyone we do laundry for will expect ironing as well. NOT HAPPENING !
Must have folded them really well.
If that guitar travels everywhere with you I think the case should have a sticker for each place it has visited. Like those old steamer trunks our grandparents had.
I know someone who could airbrush The Beatles on it for you.
Happy travels and thank you for finding us.

Great place in the heart of Eden, with superb views of the coastline from my room. I had a wonderful evening with fellow guests, exchanging stories over a few drinks. This convivial atmosphere is conjured by the hosts, Eric and Jen, with their easy style, which nevertheless attends to all details. Great cooked breakfast and many other treats. Far better than staying in an anonymous hotel.

We love it when the mix of guests works, conversation, laughter and connections happen.
It was a good mix and hopefully made your experience more enjoyable for a lone traveller.
A pleasant afternoon with drinks on the deck is a good ice breaker.
We really do meet some fantastic people thank you for sharing your experience.

I have great pleasure giving this establishment a 5 star rating. What a pleasure! Spotlessly clean, with hosts who understand hospitality and a B and B in a location that is superb with views that are unequaled. When bushfires in Victoria closed the route that I was intending to drive, I had the pleasure of an additional day in idyllic Eden and could enjoy another day of superb hospitality.

Thank you for making my stay so pleasant. I hope to visit and stay with you again.

Well Syd those fires did upset the plans of many travellers.
We were so pleased you did not feel trapped here and enjoyed your unexpected, extended stay.
It really is beautiful here in Eden and you had a chance to see more than you anticipated.
Very windy here today but the pacific gulls and pelicans are having a ball.
They have been soaring past all day.

Excellent accommodation overlooking the harbour. We arrived by coach and were collected from the coach stop by Jennifer who gave us a short tour of Eden on the way to the B&B. A wonderful introduction to a fabulous 2 night stay. Our room was individually furnished & decorated to give it real character. Breakfasts on the veranda were exceptionally good. Eric and Jennifer are outstanding hosts.

Thank you for your kind review. We really liked the way you planned your trip. Doing sections by coach you would both see a lot along the way.
We hope Christmas with your family was wonderful and that it isn't too cold back home.
We will not discuss the cricket.
