We initially booked for 2 nights but decided to stay another night as soon as we saw our cottage UNIT 1. Here are the good bits:

So clean it not only looked but smelt clean and fresh.

Location is to die for. Beachfront UNIT 1 is no more than about 50m to the seashore.

Friendly and accommodating owners.

Neat, warm, comfy and well appointed accommodation.

Great rates and exceptional value.

There are a number of UNITS on the site. We picked a beachfront unit - UNIT 1 - and were delighted. When booking, if absolute beachfront is important, UNITS 1, 2 and 3 are delightful.

Bring supplies but there is a BILO in town as well as an IGA and liquor store.

Drinking wine on the patio was bliss.

Watch out for the seals and pelicans in the bay. The wildlife is beautiful and you can watch the world pass by from your unique location.

A beautiful place and beautiful country. Relaxing and peaceful. Our cottage was well maintained and well equipped. Great walks nearby. A warm welcome plus a friendly old German shepherd who will walk with you down to the beach.

To our beautiful guests who loved our old dog Suzi, she is no longer with us, and will be missed not only by ourselves but our guests as well, who loved taking her for walks.

We had the most relaxing quiet time, perfect views, so peacefull with just the fisherman coming and going from their day out. Cottage was lovely and clean, modern and nice and warm on the chilly evenings of late Autumn. So well equipped. Hosts very helpful and friendly, even Suzi the beautiful old German Shepherd adopted us for a few days, which was lovely.

Room Tip: No 5 Cottage best water view.

We stayed here for 3 nights at the beginning of our honeymoon. We were in the one bedroom waterfront room which has everything you need. The room was very clean and fairly modern. The owner was friendly and helpful suggesting tourist drives for us and organising a courtesy bus to a local restaurant. It was the perfect place to unwind, secluded yet only a few minutes drive from Eden. Would also be perfect for a family with small children as the beach is so calm.
My only constructive criticism would be new linen for the bed, the current linen really doesn't do the rest of the room justice.
We will be back, thank you!

We stayed in a 2 bedroom cottages on a road trip with our two children (aged 6 months and 3 years). The cottages were clean and modern and had everything our little family needed. The scenery was just perfect and the little beach ideal for small children - no crashing beaches! The owners had a dog who was great with the kids, the kids absolutely loved it and would accompany the children to beach each day. The whale museum was educational and the township of Eden was pleasant but Quarantine Bay was so perfect we rarely left it.

Room Tip: There are a variety of cottages ranging in prices our was only $110 per night as it was out of school season.
