We stayed at Twofold Bay over Christmas in a Caravan, there are a number of problems with this park, some of the staff are very rude people and have no customer service attitude at all, the bottom end shower block always smelt, the floor floods when all the showers are being used and there are no shower curtains at all. Once again this year we had 'water' problems, over 3 consecutive days there was no water. The Park has virtually had no work done on it since Aspen Parks took over the ownership, the gardens, etc have not been looked after at all, other Big4 parks particulary in Eden Township are making many improvements. The location of the Park is fantastic right on the Beach at Twofold Bay and only 5 minutes drive to Eden which is a great town but in need of tourists to visit and spend some dollars.
