I wish I took a picture now as the photo above is wrong. The place has heaps of parking for a start, huge plus for southport. Themed to 50 and 60's booth style straight out of happy days Al's diner. Love it.
The food selection is chicken slanted but the hot dogs good. My chilli dog was great. The burgers are good for the price and compared to Maca's down the road heaps better.
The wifes 1/4 chicken came with two big baked potatoes, gavey and vegies. Good for her. The thing i loved most was the great milkshake to finish.
There are signs about saying it is for sale. I hope it doesn't close up as it is an icon of southport.
My only complaint is it was a very long walk to a shared toilet down a dark alley in the opposite side of the building.
