Travelling down the Western Highway, hungry, turned off at Ararat.
Stopped in Main Street. Not many places open, but Yos was.
Brilliant kebabs, done in the Egyptian style which Yos (the owner/chef) has obviously cultivated over time. His flat breads are home made, still soft and pliable, best I have had.
Had a short chat to Yos. Restaurant has only been open a couple of weeks.
Try it. You'll love it. Don't be put off by the slightly spartan decor. The food is worth stopping here.
