I know it sounds a bit odd (transit park) but this was a great little park. Limited number of sites but you can book but I think you can only stay for three days.
It is true that there is a bit of noise from the loading of ore but we found it ok and we are under canvas. It is a great spot looking out over the water and the big ore loading facility.
I think we paid $22 for unpowered which is a bargain in this part of the country.
Facility was basic but clean.

We stayed here for one night, the park is small but comfortable, the facilities were clean as expected. The lady running the park was very helpful and friendly.
The only draw back was that the iron ore port is nearby and we could hear the sound of the ore train carriages being unloaded every minute.
The cost is inexpensive compared to other caravan parks, and the camp is situated just across the road from the sea, although I would not call it a beach.
