We stayed overnight in our campervan on a powered site. We arrived late at night and the staff were very helpful and organised this for us over the phone and left instructions for us to get to your site. This was the most expensive powered site we had on our whole trip so it wasn't really value for money in comparison. The view from the park was fab, being across from the waterfront. The only disappointing thing was the toilet/shower amenities, they were old, outdated and dirty. The toilet block closest to us was not operational so we had to cue to have a shower in the other block. The shower had a noisy fan that you could hear screeching from a long way off, the facilities were grotty and that's being polite.
The town itself is lovely and worth a visit.

After coming off the long Nullarbor haul this park was very refreshing. We positioned ourselves right up front across the road from the Ocean in our motor home. It was a bit blowy but very relaxing. Although the road is close there is very little noise. The amenities are a bit tired but they are very clean. The park is well positioned for sight seeing and close to town. Staff very helpful and there was a small shop at reception.

Room Tip: A bit blowy up the front in the mornings but manageable. Great view, worth it!!

Stayed for 4 nights in late June 2013.

Hand written booking sheet when you first check in

Bathrooms are about 100 years old, although they are clean

The sites are a good size, shady and green. We went in a fairly quiet time so it was nice and empty.

Walking distance to a pub for some dinner or short drive into town.

Beaches superb!!

The owners could really make something of this park if they part with their money and make a few improvements, it has the potential to be awesome. We did enjoy our time here though.

Esperance Seafront Caravan Park was a great place to stay on our recent trip there. Had been a little concerned about some of the negative reviews, but our worries were unfounded. This is a nice, clean, shady place to holiday.
The shower and toilet blocks were well maintained, but dated. The showers were a little on the small side, but it was great that they had a proper door on them, so the area where you got dressed did not get wet. That in itself is worth 5 stars!!! They were perfectly fine, functional and clean.
Camp kitchen was also a good clean space, that was well used.
I too found it odd that we had to pay $20 for a key to a gate that was always unlocked............
There as also a large list of can dos and don'ts for those of us staying
This is a caravan park which reminds me of the caravan parks of the good old days, with a bit of character and your basic facilities. Not one of those huge sterile soulless ones. Maybe those who were negative wanted something like that. While I probably wouldn't want to stay there at the height of the summer holidays, I would definitely stay there again. And I would absolutely try to score a front row bay with a view.

We were somewhat disappointed with this park. Antiquated booking system where you have to write your own name and address in their book, even though we are Top Tourist members and I presented our card. We had to pay a $20 deposit on an electronic gate key, but the gate was tied up with rope to a tree the 2 days we were there there. There was absolutely no way I could back our 30 foot caravan onto the site we were allocated, even though I have been in the transport industry for 43 years and have also towed this van around the country now for 11 months. I asked if we could move sites and the lady in reception said "no one likes their sites anymore". They are more suited for 20 foot caravans. We finally got onto another site and enjoyed our stay. The amenities are old but clean. Top Tourist need to do an audit on this park to see if it is worthy of being a Top Tourist park.

Well after seeing all the negative reviews on Trip Advisor, we were very vary to come here, but after being here, must consider some people must just like to complain if they don't have Hilton Hotel accommodation. We were lucky to get front row van location so had a view to wake up and enjoy across the bay. The toilet/showers may not be modern, but then I think some expect too much - these were clean and very good at all times so no problem from either myself or my wife. Some commented on the dust - not sure where that was, but yes, we didn't have any grass - but then that's what mats are for. Yes we are close to a main road, but for me I didn't have any problem sleeping and the view certainly over-rode any noise considered. Overall - recommended by us for our next trip to Esperance and hope we can get good spot again.

Room Tip: Come to enjoy - not complain. Otherwise stay home.

We arrived after a 5 hour haul with our caravan and two children only to discover that the lady at the front desk had mucked up our booking & told us they didn't have the promised shady, quiet spot for us! In fact, they didn't have any spot for us though said we could set up in their Carpark or wedge ourselves in between their garage and a permanent bus without room for our annex until a spot became available! Not our idea of a family holiday at all.
Needless to say...after seeing the disgusting state the park was in (Top Tourist Park...what a joke!) and the lack of care by the staff for our predicament, we were glad that we didn't have a the booking and headed off in search of somewhere even remotely better.
We will NEVER recommend the Seafont to anyone. Our much anticipated holiday to Esperance was tarnished from the moment we drove into the Seafront. Smells of sewerage in the office area, rude and unaccommodating staff and the noisy traffic on arrival was enough to put anyone off.
We have vowed never to return to the Seafront Caravan Park. Great location but, bad service & a crammed caravan park that smelt of sewerage. The only saving element was that they refunded our deposit....hilarious given that they had no record of our booking.

Room Tip: Ask to be away from the smell of Sewerage and check your booking before heading off. They are quick...
