Yep, there sure are - 'roos on the beach, just chillin'... Awesome. The 'roos here in Esperance are the smaller grey ones, rather than the massive sandy coloured ones you get over on the East Coast of Australia. Beautiful long beaches (several to choose from, in case there is someone else on the beach - it's easy to find deserted beaches in Esperance), lovely scenic walkways. We live in Esperance, but we're not from Esperance so we decided to have a day out exploring. Being on the South Coast, it's a bit windy, but you just need to go to the next beach and you'll find a spot that's not windy. Barely anyone else there - loads of space to put your towel. Amazing aqua blue water, super-fine and soft sand to dig your toes into - bliss! A great way to spend a day out in Esperance :)

I took 8 friends from England to visit this national park. They were astonished at seeing kangaroos on the beach, emus in the adjoining paddocks and then the bluest water ever ....a must visit location

Twilight cove and the Whistling Rock were just amazing and they are close together as from the same car park. These were the best natural attractions the park had to offer and they were truly magnificent. Twilight Cove is one of the most beautiful beaches/Coves we have ever seen anywhere in the world.
Lucky Bay was covered in weed when we were there and there were many happy campers at that spot. The facilities at Lucky Bay were very clean. Kangaroo's and Goannas roamed around freely with no fear. The place is well worth the visit

Wish we'd had more time to spend in this beautiful spot. The coastline and bays are simply stunning. You need at least a whole day to do it justice....
