CarrollWoods RV Park & Grapefull Sisters Vineyard
Reviewed 28 May 2014

We had the opportunity to camp at CarrollWoods RV Park and Grapefull Sisters Vineyard this past Memorial Day weekend. We had the most relaxing time and our hosts were absolutely wonderful. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating and caring. They had winetasting which was so much fun, there was a big bonfire in the evening and they even had a memorial service for the veterans. This is a FIRST CLASS campground and we will be going there again for a very laid back, and relaxing getaway..

Truly friendly and helpful owners of a quiet campground that is within minutes of good golf, shopping, restaurants, and the ocean. And the Grapefull Sisters wine is some of best we have tasted. Washrooms, Laundry and grounds are clean and well kept. If in the area be sure to check it out.

My husband and I just camped here (August 16-18). We had brought our Kayak and didn't really know where to go. One of the owners came by in the morning Saturday to see if there was anything he can do for us, so....we asked him where we could take the kayak. He told us that he goes to Waccamaw Lake with his family canoeing and explained everything to us. He even warned us about the Alligators (YES... I said Alligators). And he also told us about an Awesome Hardware Store that has a Butcher in the back of the store. So we decided to go kayaking and even found the Hardware store and bought some meat.

The ladies in the Winery are just as helpful and very friendly. We were just sitting there talking to her for about an hour. Just like we have been friends for years.

They are always adding things to update the campsite. They just put in a really nice pool and started on a Hike/Horse/Bicycle/ATV Trail. And they also have Dog Run for your doggie.

Room Tip: The rooms are Wonderful because you bring your own RV...LOL They also have tent camping too (Glampi...

My experience and rating is based upon the painting class and gift shop. Best instructor led painting workshop ever! I've done some others, but Sheila is the best. Loved that a glass of wine was included. By the way, their wine is AWESOME. We did the tasting, and also enjoyed a wine float. We had so much fun. The property is beautiful, the shop is adorable. I am looking forward to going back. I'll be out of their awesome wine soon. :-)
