What a unique place. The menu is very good & is always changing which makes each visit interesting.
The food is delicious. It can be a little smoky inside but other then that just a great place!

“Delightful food, service and atmosphere”
Reviewed 5 August 2014

A group of us ate dinner at Frogs Leap tonight; it was a great choice. Appetizers were delicious; fried goat cheese and peach salad was great, though short on peach. Both grouper and trout are highly recommended; angels on horseback (fried oysters) was way too salty. Delicious dessert rounded out the meal.

“Not Kid Friendly!!!”
Reviewed 5 August 2014 via mobile

My friend and I were looking for a place to eat after a long day visiting a local movie set at the Morgan mansion. Your place came highly recommend by her brother in law who is a producer of this specific production. We walked in and were greeted by two pleasant servers. Each told us someone will be right with you. A lady in a white coat (owner) approached only after the small child in our party bumped his head on a sconce. Before the sconce fell to the ground it hit the 11 week old baby in the head. The lady asked if he was hanging on the sconce and let us know there were no tables for US. In Awh, we left. As we inspected the bump on the babies head, the lady stepped out the door only to ask where the sconce was. When we told her it was handed to an employee she asked where they put it. Never a concern for the infant. This had been,by far, the worst either of us have ever been treated, ever. Each and every site I can find will have my negative review on it for your establishment.

“Perfect dinner outing!”
Reviewed 4 August 2014

Can't say enough about this perfect dinner outing. Waitress was engaging and extremely competent. Menu was varied and nearly every entree was enticing. Heirloom tomato gazpacho was out of this world flavorful. The small plate lamb with quinoa tabbouleh was an inspired dish of layered flavors. All in all a perfect evening. I WILL be coming back.

“Enjoyable upscale lunch”
Reviewed 2 August 2014

Wife and I ate here for lunch. She had the 100 acre garden heirloom flatbread [$12] and I had the grilled portobello with goat cheese sandwich with BBQ sweet potato fries {$10]. The ingredients for both meals was very fresh tasting and plate presentation was very nice. The sandwich was a bit short on mushroom so the main taste was goat cheese. The fries were excellent. The flatbread was also extremely cheesy and a little tough such that we had to ask for several different knives to cut. Guess we were supposed to pick it up like pizza. I agree with another review that stated that there was too much of a smoky aroma in the restaurant. It smelled like they had recently had a fire. Service was excellent and ambiance was enjoyable. Definitely worth a visit.
