The food is more like something a bachelor who doesnt like to cook would make and call Mexican. When we first moved from southern California to the Carolinas 20 years ago we were surprised by what was supposed to pass for mexican dining. The only real difference between tacos, burritos, enchaladas, etc was the way they shaped the tortilla. All stuffed with plain, unseasoned blah hamburger meat. This has changed drastically as there are now many Mexican restaurants in the Carolinas that rival Cal and Texas stryles and quality. This is not one.
