We enjoyed every bit of this stay. The hosts are amazing, the decoration and attention to detail to an old family home, and even the grounds were magical with a pond full of koi and sparkling projected lights in the trees. Breakfast was lovely. Highly recommended.

Room Tip: All of the rooms were fun

I stayed here 3 nights in June while I taught a class at the art school near by. What a nice quiet experience. A good place to go to each night to decompress from the busy days teaching art. The breakfasts were amazing, hand picked blueberries, eggs from from the chickens on the premises and I could go on. A great experience all the way around.

Room Tip: Most are upstairs. Some brighter than others.

This is a great B&B in the mountains on NC. The hosts are very helpful and the breakfast great. The golf course nearby is a good way to spend the day too. While you are there enjoy a nice glass of red wine on the porch or a walk through the gardens.

Another sweet time at the Inn. This was our second stay and had another wonderful time. Deb and Kens hospitality is just amazing and the breakfast is always a true delight! This time we were able to spend time on the porch and enjoy the true charm of the inn. Looking forward for another return visit.

On arrival at Meadowsweet we were met by four ducks and two cats. What a great welcome ! The cats :- Greystoke was very vocal and Lily was very sweet. This B&B is like "The Good Life"... Debra has a big lake with carp, trout and goldfish. They put on a great display at feeding time. She also keeps chickens and bees. Lovely old historic property and Debra serves a great breakfast. We even had a small carafe of brandy supplied alongside our bed with two glasses for a night cap. Would definitely stay there again. Thank you Debra we loved staying with you.

Room Tip: Rose room is downstairs and I believe the others were all upstairs.
