This campground is so clean and peaceful. Great location with easy in, easy out for your RV. We travel with our dog, so the two dog parks that are on property were nice to let him run and play. The staff is very friendly and Hosts, Danielle and Micheal, are always available to answer questions about the area, give directions, and helpful suggestions. The store on site has everything you need, so you never even have to leave the campground to get anything. They also have adorable Kamping Kabins to suit the needs of all size families. We will definately return!

The campground was very clean, quiet (even during a busy holiday week) and convenient to many attractions (restaurants, beach, cheap gas, car/rv wash, etc.). They seemed to have most everything you would need on site - laundry, camp store, dog park, volleyball, movies and even breakfast. The managers and their staff were very friendly and accomodating. It is very pet friendly and sites are pretty spacious. We would recommend and return.

This was a great place to stay. Seems like they thought of everything and it was so clean. You can tell they care about the campground and the guests. Seems like they thought of everything. Activities, dog park, playground, swimming pool. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We found this just passing through and needed a couple nights to stay, but we would certainly return.

Our family had a great experience at the Wilmington KOA. We stayed in a small (not so small)deluxe kabin that was perfect for our family of three plus our dog. The kabin was modern, VERY clean and has everything you need for your stay. The gas grill at our kabin was perfect! The pool and patio furniture are new and they have a lot of activities for the kids. Great location, 7 minutes to the beach. Love this campground and are planning our next trip back. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Thanks Danielle and Michael (camp managers) for making this such an enjoyable experience.
I couldn't say enough about how clean the grounds were kept and how quiet they were even during Memorial Day Weekend. Our deluxe cabin was beyond my expectations...cozy, functional and again meticulously clean. Also, Wilmington is one of the cleanest towns I have ever visited. I will definitely be returning. This was my first time staying at a KOA, but will not be my last. Looking forward to visiting other KOA's in the future. Had a great time and so did our family dog. We all were happy kampers....I will definietely recommend this campground to all my friends and look forward to seeing you again.

My family and I just got back from here today. We stayed 2 nights in our pop up camper. Our lot was perfect. The playground was next to our site, so I could watch my kids play and stay on our site. The bathrooms, pool, office, etc was really close as well. Bathrooms were clean, and I love the fact that they use a key code access to gain entry into the bathrooms. The pool was clean and the campground was as well. It rained all of Friday night, and it did not flood. Plenty of shade and tons of stuff for the kids to do. Staff was very friendly and the maintenance guy was very helpful!! We are already planning our next trip back!! Very close to beaches...traffic can be heavy outside of campground. Many different restaurants and grocery stores, etc very close by. Also, we enjoyed the live entertainment of the squirrels. There were tons of kids there this weekend and my the pirate ship slide was a big hit! Both of my kids made friends their this weekend.

We stayed for 2 nights while visiting the Wilmington area. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Our tent site was right next to the pool. Staff was friendly, and the grounds had lots of activities for all ages and were well kept. We would stay there again.
