We booked this hotel through Hotels.com and I have so much to say that I do not even know where to start. As other travelers said if you are looking for a place to sleep, well...it doesn't even qualify as that. The room is ok, bed hard, and truly as other travelers stated one towel in the bathroom. It was clean but the partying and whooping and hollering that went on until 3 in e morning made sleep impossible. And unlike the response from management that they have securi, well I would like to know wherre they were when the party central was happening in our little courtyard. We willnot be staying here again as the 40-60 dollars saved a night is not worth the fear of hearing people drinking and cutting up outside your room.
Although I will say the LOUD ac did , when it kickedon, drown out the yells and laughter from outside our window. Andnot even the tv could help because there were only ten channels and they were fuzzy. And the tv itself looks like it is from the 1980'sit is so BIG!
And although it is a small detail I could not believe there was not even a small alarm clock in the room! It is allabout the details. And i will say i am not even addressing the disrespectful conversation that took place between the shift manager or manager and other employees as I was checking in , denigrating customers.
I am writing this from the room as we get ready to check out and i can honestly say we will NEVER stay here again! And we will tell all of our friends and family to stay away as well. Off i go to Hotels.com to write Review there as well.
