We went to bismark for Christmas shopping and stayed at the ramada for 3 nights & had a very satisfied stay. The rooms were very clean, the staff very helpful & the continental breakfast was awesome! Not just fruit & muffins like some hotels but something hot & different every morning. This is our 2nd stay at this hotel & we'll be our 1st pick from now on! The rooms were even big enough for all my shopping bags with room for us to still move around comfortably. He! He! Wish I can say the same for our vehicle. We're pretty packed going home!
Thank you so much for your comments on our hotel. We are pleased to hear that your visit with us exceeded your expectations. We strive to make sure our guests are satisfied.
My staff takes pride in their jobs and will be very pleased to hear that their efforts are appreciated! We look forward to seeing you next year for your big shopping trip!
Have a great day,

Have a great day,
As a member of Wyndham Rewards (not a plug) I always try to search out their hotels when traveling to a city. Normally I stay at the Wingate in Bismarck, but with the great rate I found I thought I would give it a chance. I shouldn't have.
Upon arrival I checked in without any issues and went to my room. There were several hunters (and parties of hunters) staying so there was a smell of "the outdoors" which wouldn't have been something I couldn't have handled. (I've spent time in the woods and around animals and in the room it wasn't bad - but in the hall and lobby where people linger it could get to somebody).
If that would have been the only issue I would have been fine.
The Wi-Fi was not working and when I asked the manager if there was a different password or connection, because many hotels have several names to connect with, I was told rudely that he couldn't help me and that it was the way it was and to make sure I had the bluetooth turned on. (Unless I am gravely mistaken I do not think bluetooth controls internet). I asked him for help or to move to a different room; but was treated rudely.
I decided to leave and checked out and went to the Wingate. If you are traveling to Bismarck, ND I would suggest staying there.
Thank you for taking the time to wright a review on our property. I'm very sorry that your experience with us was less than satisfactory. We all take pride in our jobs and stive to be exceptional.
We attract a lot of hunters to our hotel since we are a pet friendly property. They come and stay with us every year around this time. However, the "hunting smell" is something that does, unfortunately, come with it.
We have had the issue with our wi-fi looked at and fixed. Everything is working correctly. I am confussed on the manager that you are referring to as we only have two managers, which are both females. I can only assume that you are referring to one of the three gentleman that work the front desk. Which extra training has been arranged for proper customer service.
Thank you again for letting us know what we can improve on to better ourselves and services.
