There was pee on the floor around the toilet, found garbage & some other guests sock under the bed, continental breakfast was motel 6 standards & the coffee maker had dust in the reservoir where you pour the water in. When I think of the Ramada, I think of luxury & room service! Greatly disappointed with that stay. Wasn't worth what I paid. :(
Thank you for your feedback. I have spoken with Housekeeping and I want to assure you this is not our norm for operating our Ramada. We have corrected the inconsistences for that day.
See all the other comments about dusty rooms. Plus our room wasn't serviced during our stay. Housekeeping didn't return calls until after all housekeepers had left. Front desk is understaffed and low level people who can't do anything. Security is a joke, even have signs up about their lack of security. Doors labeled as locked 24 hours a day weren't locked. No elevators. Stairwells are using as smoking rooms by staff and guests then stinky bathroom odorizers are put up to mask smell. Restaurant was a joke. They close the restaurant and ask you to eat in bar - except if you have minors then they put you at a table in dark, closed restaurant and bartender serves you as they have time. Asked to talk to manager but was told there are none on weekends. I chalked it up to bad luck and the tight job market in North Dakota and took some pictures to share when I talk bad hotels with friends. My experience turns much worse when I got home and I got a bogus charge on my credit card. Good points, room was average and it had a good HVAC unit that was quiet and effective. Bad points - anything that the hotel management controls.
I have spoken with the guest and all issues were resolved for him in a very timely manner. He knows that we take our guest concerns very seriously and take action right away to fix any issues. Guest was happy with his attention from Management and that his stay was valued and appreciated.
Dust? I took a white washcloth and wiped down all flat surfaces in the room. Needless to day, the cloth was thoroughly grey when I was done. Had to supply my own Kleenex as the room wasn't serviced during the day. Luckily there were extra towels, but it left us hanging the second day's towels to use on the morning of our departure. And it was pretty obvious that normal maintenance has been deferred. The window sill was dirty and leaked air on a cold spring night. The lampshades needed repair. The entire hotel really needs to be updated!
I have spoken to the Departments that had fallen short during your stay. We use all feedback to help our staff learn where to improve and to make changes. We have very high standards and strive to meet them with every guest.
Room was digusting and front desk were rude dining room had no service rude bartenders they acted like we were a inconvience Megan is not a people person she is very moody and unfriendly she made our choice to go to a different place for dinner we left and if our company wasn't paying for the room we would of went somewhere else we complained about the room so they moved us 2nd room was still gross but not as smelly
