We stayed here after looking for a place to stay on Friday afternoon. A late shout for the wife and I to look around but we came across Darsham Old Hall. What an amazing place to stay. You are welcomed on arrival by the owners and you get a lovely slice of homemade cake and a refreshing drink. Nothing is too much for the owners and they help make the stay that little more personal. The grounds are lovely and tranquil and set the house off perfectly. We stayed in the Rous suite and the room was lovely with fantastic views across the countryside. We ate at the Fox Inn, which is about a 20 minute walk from the house, and the food in there is very good and is well worth a walk. The house is situated on private land and also features an alpaca farm. We shall be going back as we loved it here. Oh and breakfast is good also. All in all a great time away.

My wife and I booked this as a last-minute weekend break. The perfect place to unwind. A stunning house set in beautiful grounds. Hosts Paul and Jude couldn't be more welcoming - they thought of everything. Freshly baked cake and tea offered on arrival. Locally sourced produce for sumptuous breakfasts. The room was stunning - beautiful four-poster bed, fresh flowers in the room, fresh milk left outside the door every morning. Really nice wandering around the grounds, seeing the alpacas, chickens and the ducks and swans on the lake. Shame we didn't meet the llama. Can't wait to return. A perfect weekend, a perfect setting with superb hosts.

Room Tip: There are only four rooms - each with their own unique touch. Don't think you'll go wrong w...

Room Tip: Go for the four poster room!

Went there to celebrate our wedding anniversary and could not have found a better place. We were made so welcome by Jude and Paul, nothing was too much trouble. The room was lovely, the little touches like flowers in the room and fresh milk left outside the room in the morning for tea. Breakfast with local produce was the best we've had anywhere. A wonderful stay, thanks Jude and Paul

We stayed at Dalsham Old Hall for two nights as a surprise honeymoon. The moment you drive up to the hall you know you are in a well loved special place. We stayed in Rous Suite which is the top room in the house with amazing views across the countryside and alpacas in the fields. The decor is beautiful and copper bath which you could lay in all day ! The attention to detail is excellent and Jude has thought of everything you would need, down to a vase for my bouquet . Each afternoon we have been greeted with homemade sponge. The breakfast is cooked and presented beautifully. I would definitely recommend Dalsham Old Hall and will be returning, thank you Jude and Paul for a fabulous couple of days x

We arrived at this lovely Hall as they are called in England, I'd refer to it more as an old Manor or Villa. We entered and were greeted by Judy whom made us feel instantly at home. I can't describe the House and the rooms, every feature was right on the spot, I have visited many 5 star hotels that weren't even able to supply such perfection. On top of this one is able to walk around the property which is has over 100 Alpaca's 1 larma , a couple of Horses and a variety of birds which include a black swan. Apparently the Eggs Benedict is a must .

Thanks for a lovely stay

Room Tip: Well there aren't many to choose from with different sizes. As the two I saw were both lovely, s...
