The atmosphere took the restaurant down a notch. I needed to be refreshed but it seems more like a bunch of tables in a room now. Our server was really poor. Historically service has been at a high level. The people in the table next to us appeared to be "forgotten". They waited for half an hour for a waitress. We waited 20 minutes. When we asked if there any problems our waitress didn't think anything was wrong. The owner, George Neu, wasn't working the night we were there. This franchise has always been one of the top restaurants in the city but it has taken a step back for the first time in 20? years. The food? -- excellent as always.
