The atmosphere took the restaurant down a notch. I needed to be refreshed but it seems more like a bunch of tables in a room now. Our server was really poor. Historically service has been at a high level. The people in the table next to us appeared to be "forgotten". They waited for half an hour for a waitress. We waited 20 minutes. When we asked if there any problems our waitress didn't think anything was wrong. The owner, George Neu, wasn't working the night we were there. This franchise has always been one of the top restaurants in the city but it has taken a step back for the first time in 20? years. The food? -- excellent as always.

As always, the food was great, and the staff took care of us like we were special. You can't go wrong when you dine at Red Lobster.

We enjoy Red Lobster. This particular visit was later evening on a weekday. They weren't too busy. The food was good and service great. We were just taking notice of the thorough cleaning the staff was doing. Checking under tables with flash lights, wiping down all the menus and condiment bottles on the tables etc. I don't know how often they do all this but It was nice to see the effort!

The Food was amazing! Service was VERY SLOW but they were very busy. Our Server forgot to bring me lemons and tarter sauce after I asked twice. Also forgot to refill my hubbies drink. Oh the Desserts are NOT GOOD HERE!

We were looking for a dependably good meal and a chance to visit while I visited a relative in Fargo. The food and service were good, as they always are at Red Lobster. Our meal was delicious and it was a nicely relaxed time for us. The restaurant was quite busy, but because we chose to sit in the bar, we were seated immediately.
