Great hotel, great location, affordable and very new. Choice of cereals for breakfast was poor, but other breakfast options, hot and cold were great. Would definitely stay here again anytime the opportunity arises.

I have nothing bad to say about this hotel. It was very clean, the service was great and the rooms were very quiet. The check-in process was very quick, the staff were very friendly and helpful. I will be making more trips to Grand Forks and when I do I will definitely come back to this hotel.

Hotel was nice and new. No room clean up after noon. That was disappointing. Bed was very comfy, room was clean and well decorated. Front entrance and lobby were clean and well decorated. I loved the fact they had coffee, hot chocolate and tea all day.

Nothing short of an A-1 place to stay. Roomy, absolutely clean, great staff, and a gorgeous room on a cool fall night to hang out in. We will definitely stay here again. Head and shoulders above it's competition, trust us!

The layout and space of this room was excellent. Nice king size bed. Many amenities including small kitchen area, large work space, and furnishings. TV was centrally located so you can watch anywhere in the room. Very reasonable price. Quiet hotel.

Thank you for your review and it sounds like you were able to enjoy the priviledges of choosing our King Studio Suite. It is by far my favorite room that we offer and definitely the most comfortable to stay in- even if it is just overnight.

The hotel offered clean quiet rooms. The evening we arrived we were only given 1 room key at check-in with no explanation other than that's all they had. Went to the front desk the next morning and the morning staff were only happy to give another key. Overall the stay was very good. During breakfast we overheard other guests complaining that the breakfast offerings were lacking. The hotel staff quickly took care of that by bringing more food out.

The hotel's location is excellent. Close to what Grand Forks has to offer in the way of shopping and restaurents.

Thank you for your review! I apologize for the lack of keys on your check-in night. Due to unforeseen circumstances, we were only able to provide 1 key per room to ensure that all guests had a way to gain entry to their rooms. Happily, our ordered shipment arrived the next morning, which is why we were able to grant you your second key- I regret that we were unable to explain this to you at the time.
I'm glad to see that the rest of your stay met standards. We will be sure to better inform our guests of any changes to routine standards in the future. Again, I greatly appreciate your feedback.

Our 2 night stay here was wonderful. The bed was very comfortable. The staff was very pleasant. The 24 hour coffee was much appreciated. A big variety of breakfast items. Such a good deal for the money
