It was very nice to see the moving trains lying in the bed bed of Hotel Berjaya in Colombo. We stayed for two nights in the hotel. The location was good and it was an experience to cross an over bridge to reach the beach. Everything was alright in the hotel from front desk to food. But in the very first night a fire alarm started ringing at about half past two. However, I was in deep sleep, but five out of eight of our group wake up assuming that it was a tsunami alert. Next morning we came to know it was a 'technical fault' and the authority apologized for the incident.
The location was good and the staffs (not all of them) were cooperative. We liked to stay there.More
