We went there at around 2 PM and the welcome was not up to standard. There was no welcome drink, even water. After this incident, we didn't expect a lot from this hotel. But we were wrong.
Rooms were ready when we arrived and rooms were great, big room with a big bathroom. Had a small issue with in room telephone not working, got it fixed in 5 minutes.
Dinner and breakfast were buffets (I guess this is since it's a weekend and there were 30+ people around), and they were great. Not a lot of options, but food was delicious. Lunch was a let menu, again very good.
Had no hassle with the checkout as well.
Altogether it's a very good stay.

This hotel is good place for a relaxing holiday, Quick check-in courteous service, spacious rooms and bathroom. Nice view of the pool and the Ocean from the room. Only let down is the kitchen and restaurant, where the food lacked taste and variety, even the refilling of the dishes were very slow. No A/c in the restaurant although it was not that warm, but having the air conditioning would have been nicer. True this is the off season for the hotel but still food quality has to be improved a lot. Food court in Majestic City has better food options and is much tastier.
Although there were some reviews saying there were mosquitos we didn't find any. Preferable if there was a blind on the bathroom door as both the bathtub and the shower cubicle area could be seen from the room (specially if they are catering to families)
Ocean View rooms on the 1st floor has a stair-case from the ground floor and no lift to the 1st floor, so if any body is having difficulty in climbing stairs, better go in for the garden view rooms on the ground floor or the rooms on the 2nd floor.

I am currently in the lobby writing g this review. I have been hear a couple of nights and loves this place. I am in room 120 with ocean views. The room is huge with an incredible bathroom with both bathtub and shower. The views are great. The swimming pool is much larger that you can imagine and water is just at the perfect temperature. From everywhere you can hear the roaring of the waves. The only negative part is that is that if you need to use the Internet constantly ( I am here for work) there is only Internet access in the lobby not rooms.
