We travelled to the Evrika as a group for a wedding. The hotel is great, the pool and slide provide entertainment for kids and adults all day! The food was great, plenty to choose from every night and with quite a lot of variety. The wedding day was amazing, we were on the beach for the ceremony then into the restaurant at night, the food was exceptional and the day we will remember forever. Great hotel with great staff.

This hotel is very very clean the staff at all levels are extremely helpful, and the bedrooms are spotless. The towels are changed daily and the bed linen very frequently. The reception area is beautiful with a full wall picture of the sea and there is a very unusual ceiling which looks like white feathers. The grounds are spacious with 3 swimming pools one for children that has it's own Aqua Park with it's slide and lazy river and lots more to do under the water . it is lovely for them and it means you as mam and dad haven't got to folk out more money to take them somewhere special as the children seem very much to enjoy this. The swimming pool for adults [two of them } one in front of the hotel and one next to the childrens. pool . The food is excellent with good choices there is also 3 other 's you can book to go to but we never went anywhere else. There is a young lady who looks after the children and she is lovely. Some entertainment by the pool and in the evening [when people bother to go] as the animation team really do work hard.only I do wish the pools were heated but they were fine when you got in.The Air conditioner in the room was bliss.

Room Tip: we asked for a room with a pool view it did have a side view but I think we were better off where we...

Right we dropped a bit of a clanger here... we came to Evrika for their last 2 weeks of the season, so by the 10th day it was raining and not the best.... Overall this hotel is lovely!, sunny beach is great, theres plenty to do for all ages, and the prices you find are rediculously low!. Counterfit hoodies and t-shirts, trainers, jeans ect are plentiful and cheap, Firetrap t shirts came in at £4.50, hoodies £10, and they were very good quality too may I add. Right, the place is great, so to the hotel.... theres good and bad here I'm affraid.... the pool and slides are good, dont know why but they shut daily from 12-3pm, which was a little annoying. The italian restaurant isnt worth a visit, but the asian one is, however that said it closed towards the back end of the holiday, again a little annoying as we were payign customers. The hotel is right on the beach, and may I say what a beach!. The rooms are basic but good, theres a few english channels, and football fans fear not you wont miss a game!. I want to say at this stage that all the staff we came across except one were immensely friendly and more than happy to help, especially gospadin, and stillian in the bar, they are two of the nicest lads I have ever met, and I am more than sure you will agree when you have met them. So... to the problems.... The food.... bland, repetative, pizza is great, ice cream is great, but the rest I basically lived on pasta.... and then the biggest problem of all... The drink.... I took a picture of the coca cola, it was like soda water with a hint of flavouring!, also the alcoholic beverages are very much water too. Unfortunately for this establishment, the cost of going self catering and the quality of food in the restaurants makes me (a hard core all inclusive traveler, its the only way I go)WISH I had gone self catering. One final thing, our flights were at 02:00am, and we had to vacate our room at 12pm, so we had 10 hours to wait for the coach transfer.. the alternative was rent the room we were in for 120lev £50, I thought this was a little unfair as with all due respect we'd paid all inclusive, so to find our final bit of the holiday a boring 10 hours stuck in the lobby bar because the weather was really bad and everything on the promenade was closed was a real gutter!. OH!!!, if you dont like wasps beware! 1000,000,000's of them!.

Room Tip: ask for sea view apartments! they're in the new bit!!!.

The hotel is amazing and this is my third visit. There is nothing the staff will not do for you. It is so clean and fresh and in a beautiful location at the quiet end of Sunny Beach. It has a quiet pool area where you can relax in peace and a beach with a bar just seconds away. The main pool is fab and if children need entertaining there is plenty to do, adults too....zumba, aqua aerobics, polo etc and not forgetting the water slides and lazy river. It is a perfect place for a family or anyone wanting a beautiful beach holiday. Sadly we needed to ise the medical team on site and the drs are there 24/7 and were amazing. They also have massage treatments, hair and nails etc. Everything you want from a beach holiday is right here. I love the place and will be back next summer.

Just spent a week at the Evrika Beach and can honestly say it was one of the nicest package holiday hotels I have ever stayed in. There I literally something for everyone - daily activities if you want to join in, peace by the pool or on the beach if you don't. The hotel is right on the beach - you cross the small promenade to get to it from the hotel. There are ample beds around the pool and on the beach to cater for all and there is both a pool and beach bar available during the day.

Rooms good standard and very clean although don't expect many drawers for your clothes. The showers in the room are good and fierce if you want but can be turned down if not. We were in Block A, which is fairly quiet when you want to go to bed but it is still only a minutes walk to the main bars and restaurant.

Food was a good standard throughout and the Head Chef was incredibly welcoming and seemed genuinely concerned that you enjoy your meal. He clearly takes pride in his job and always has a small for both guests and staff alike.

The majority of bar staff wanted you to enjoy yourself and tried to make you smile. However, there was one funny incident when I was leaning on another chair whilst sitting in the Rainy Bar and one staff member, who wasn't particularly communicative, didn't even speak to me but just pulled the chair from under my arm and put it back at the adjoining table. I wouldn't have minded if someone else wanted the chair but there were only about 10 people in the bar at the time. Still, it made us laugh.

We wanted a highly relaxing holiday so didn't take part in any of the many daytime activities on offer. Even so, the animation team were always friendly and would stop for a chat to make sure you were enjoying your holiday.

I can honestly say that the hotel go to great lengths to ensure you enjoy your time there. The only dampener to the holiday was when a Russian guest decided to go berserk in bar on our last afternoon. He managed to smash so many glasses that he was bleeding quite badly - even enough to get it on the ceiling of the Lobby Bar. Even though there is a large contingent of security staff posted throughout the hotel, none of them tried to restrain him and just shadowed him for about 20 minutes allowing more and more broken glass to accumulate and small children to watch - putting them and other guests in danger.

He was finally corralled into the Rainy Bar and then taken to the Doctors office (which is on site and manned 24 hours a day). He then proceeded to smash up the Doctors office as well before finally being removed by Police and Ambulance staff.

I do feel the hotel had a responsibility to control this situation sooner and not put the guests in potential danger for any longer than was necessary.

Mind you, when the Thomson rep was told of the incident he was concerned firstly that he would have loads of paperwork and reports to file and then joked with us and other guests that the only good outcome of the afternoon was that the Doctors office had been trashed as he really doesn't like the doctor there. I did feel this was an incredibly irresponsible comment to make and will be taking this up with Thomson/First Choice.

I digress - the Evrika Beach is a great hotel with good food, accommodation and staff and I would highly recommend it. And the rep is off to Morocco soon so won't be at the Evrika!!!

Room Tip: Ask for a ground floor room as Blocks A, B and C don't have any lifts. There is a lift in Block...

We recently spent two weeks at this family hotel. It was great and caters for the whole of the family range. We were attending a wedding and the result of the restaurant and reception was spectacular. I have a special a high regard regard for 'Valentine' (the chef) who helped me with gluten free food.
