Before going and after reading reviews on hotel we were not sure if we were going to enjoy our week there. But on arriving at hotel we were very impressed with the one bedroom appartment. We read the staff were not very helpful or polite but we did not find this to be true. They were very polite and could not do enough for you . The breakfast, although only warm, was enjoyable .The beach was only a short walk from hotel as were the restaurants and nightlife . A friend of ours who went the week before us and stayed in a hotel nearby had a bad incident on there first night while taking a walk by the beach front. A man tried to snatch her bag , but she held on to it even though he dragged her along the path. Her husband and friend gave chase but he fled down a alley and got away ,so beware when out late at night and dont take to much out with you.

I went with a family of 11 to bulgaria, first time there absoloutely shocking experience!! I would never ever go back to this hotel and if i ever went back to bulgaria which i doubt i would it would be in mid july and also to a different hotel entirely!
The food was awful, The entertainment was non-existent which was not stated when we booked we expected a 4star hotel with entertainment included every night, There was non at all and with 5 children between us this was disgusting!! we went may 21st til June 3rd, we had an earth quake, terrential rain for 6 days and flooding !! Worst holiday ever!!!

Room Tip: Dont go here no matter what the rep tells you or how cheap it is, its a disgusting hotel the pool is...

Just come back last friday 30th Sept, all very much in shut down now. Would not have gone if I knew (letter to Balkan Hiolidays to follow). As this Hotel was already 90% shut down with none of the facilities offered available, it was like being in a ghost hotel. On arriving it looked terrible with no lights on and felt like going back, the reception all dark and no where to get a drink also the mini bar in room empty, first time here so not impressed, flew with Balkan Airway paid for a meal, which we had not bothered it was uneatable. We had a large room and very clean no complaints only being woke up at 8.30 for cleaners as they had nothing to do. The breakfast was uneatable even the toast yes, you had to put it through 4 times for colour with watered down orange juice. The pool area must be a fight for beds in the summer as they did not have many. We ate out every night but not impressed with the food, always served with lettuce and tomatoes very much the same everywhere. Tried Grannys Kitchen on the Sunday, uneatable, how can you not cook a chicken dinner, they did. Must be the worst meal we have ever had. Used the Eagle and Djany's, but there again lamb served with lettuce. The beach is lovely a bit too cold for me but very clean and tidy, thought 21 levs for beds dear for Bulgaria. Loved Nessebar a great escape from Sunny Beach, good for walking very flat.n Would not go back to Sunny Beach.

Room Tip: Side view to get the last of the sun

Large apartment with a big bathroom, although fixtures could have been secured better. Location is great only a short walk to the beach. With it being the end of the season alot of the hotel facilities were closed both restaurants, hairdressers, no jacuzzi, no lobby bar or internet cafe as stated in brochure. I did read reports on the breakfast and all I can say is very poor, we tried at different times for breakfast and food was cold or luke warm, not a great selection. Thankfully we did not have evening meal there. Restaurant staff not very friendly. Pool bar was only open when the place was busy. Would have liked an information pack in the room giving details of facilities available times etc. Would also recommend taking a travel kettle, was suprised that there was not one being a 4* hotel !! Would recommend Sunny Beach but next time will be staying in a different hotel

Just came back from this hotel. It was our 1st time in Bulgaria and we had read up about the resort and the hotel. The rooms were very spacious and were cleaned every day. As it was almost the end of the season the resort was quiet as a lot of bars, clubs and activities were closed. We did read about the food in this hotel but was not prepared for how bad it was. Went for breakfast as soon as it opened, cold beans, cold fried eggs, you made your own toast but the toaster took about 5 min to give you toast. Evening meal was something to behold (not) and again cold no matter what time you went in. We did find a few bars that was opened and have good food and the cost was reasonable. The highlight of the holiday was Khans Tent, best show we have seen in a long time and for the price well worth it.

lovely apartments , very spacious & very clean . bed is 2 singles pushed together so its large , matress hard but you get used to it , full bathroom ins bath & bidet . huge balconies unless you are next to the panoramic lift ( this is still a good size ,but the bedroom door doesnt open onto it , instead you have a floor to ceiling glass wall ) you can also hear the lift in these apartments but its not that loud . the pool is very big & qite deep except for near the swim up bar , there is a seperate pool for the kiddies . the pool is freezing but if you dare brave it you get used to it !! you do have to reserve sunbeds as there arent enough but there is a large grassy area you could put a towel on . because of the buildings & trees you dont get all day sunshine at the pool ( the corner by the terrace of the pool bar is the only place that doesnt get shade , get up at around 6.00 if you want these beds , there is a sign saying you cant reserve before 7 , everone ignores it ) breakfast isnt the best and you need to get in the dining room before 9.00 or theres nothing left !!! there is also an italian & sushi restaurant at the hotel but we didnt try either . i would recommend these apartments but dont expect much friendliness from the staff , with the exception of the cleaners they are miserable & the dining room staff are useless . this hotel is in an excellent position in the resort , very central to everything but not noisy . if you like swimming at 2.00 in the morning this is the place to be !!!! the pool bar & pool were rocking at night it is quite loud but unless you have very small kids i dont think it would bother you .

Just come back from a week in oasis apartments with my partner and teenage son. Excellent spacious apartments. Spotlessly cleaned every day. Towels changed daily even when i folded them up to use again. Only drawback with the apartment was that to get to bathroom you had to come through the bedroom, which my son found a bit annoying. We went b&b but only went to breakfast twice, food not that good. But this wasnt a problem as you could just walk around the corner and get a good brekkie for a couple of pounds! Great location, everything within 5 mins walking. Food and drink costs next to nothing, we came home with loads of money! Pool very cold so went to the beach most days. Pool bar a little loud with dance music all the time, so got annoying at times. A little relaxing music would have been nice, especially when you'd just got up! I would still recommend this hotel and would prob come here again, just room only.
