Just back 26/08/2013 2 weeks all inclusive my butt, we spent £1000 dining and drinks out, they do not cater for English unless you like pizza or chips, and the drinks from the bar your ok if you like soft drinks, the lager is always flat it has no bite to it, my husband only drinks lager and he was really put off, he drank more coffee in the whole 2 weeks. The coffee machines only switched on at 9.00am we was up at 7am everyday hanging around to get a coffee, when you went to get one there was no clean cups and was told to use plastic ones and sometimes there was none of them!!! When you hit the restaraunt, just push in if your English and join the rest of the ignorant foreigners they do not care, cant get a sunbed until about 4pm when all the sun worshippers have decided to go and get changed for the first dinner sitting. Booked a boat trip on out return a non english rep who came with us, left us 2 stop from the marina with a non english speaking bus driver, hence to say, we was left on the bus wondering where to get off, we was on the bus for 70 mins when we had to show our wrist band to let him know where we was going back to, he pulled his face but took us back, the journey should have been around 15 minutes.
Entertainement well where do I start, what a load of rubbish day and night, there was nothing to lift your spirits here, they dont make you want to get involved, there is no music by the pool.
we went to the main town one night, dont bother if you have children, it's a sleazy place full of sex shops and dance clubs on display and keep hold of your children. worst Holiday Ever, if you want to visit Bulgaria, try Albena non commercialised lovely people/hotels/food cheap as chips even tho all inc

Room Tip: Dont bother

hubby, daughter, myself and 2 grandkids arrived early hours to find staff ready to check us into our rooms within in minutes of getting there. the restaurant was open to us for drinks and snacks but at 2 in the morning sleep was priority! our rooms were spacious, very clean and lovely and cool. would recommend hotel tour to familiarise yourself. some of the dishes on offer in the restaurant weren't to my taste but there was no chance of going hungry! there were plenty to choose from!!don't miss the terrace grill! this hotel has an international flavour, with guests from all over europe, lots of german ,russian, french and brits. our maid was a really lovely lady even though we couldn't understand each other! reception and restaurant staff were really helpful with polite, and happy attitudes and we couldn't fault them but some of the bar staff were a little ignorant, no smiles, we were reluctant to tip them! swimming pool great, splash pool brilliant, 5 slides.whole family loved this hotel and would definetly go back.

Room Tip: our room was at the side of the hotel and faced the main road overlooking the sand dunes, sea view b...

As a group of 4 girls that all work full-time we wanted a relaxing, yet cheap holiday in a nice hotel. We booked through Thomas Cook who were absolutely great and we managed to get All inclusive, flights and transfers included for £349 - perfect!
Upon arrival at the hotel we were welcomed at the reception, asked for our passports, given our hotel keys and away we went!
The rooms are brilliant - cleaned every day by some wonderful maids (that at the end of the holiday we tipped) We got fresh towels every day, our beds were made every day and the towels were made into several things such as swans, elephants etc.
The Food was gorgeous! I honestly cannot praise the hotel enough for the excellence in food - I was able to try shark (highly recommended as its amazing!) There was an amazing variety and we didn't eat the same thing twice throughout the entire week holiday.
The pool was brilliant - not too strong of chlorine so you can get the water in your eyes and it didn't sting or burn - excellent for me as I was in there every day swimming. For children there is a shallow pool, and for adults a deeper pool!
The bars were excellent and the staff were awesome! They soon learnt what you liked to drink and what you didn't - and they weren't stingey on your alcoholic beverage of choice! I drank rum - and a lot of it thanks to the staff ;-)
We booked a trip out through Thomas Cook which was called 'Off Road Extreme' and my god was it extreme! We were picked up at the bus stop just a stone throws away from the hotel, in this battered old 4x4 Land Rover and taken through a very posh gated area, where we stopped at the top of a hill where we were told we were going for a real adventure - that we were! As soon as we set off into the mountains we were bouncing around in the back of this land rover - highly amusing! We stopped a few times and were able to have a cigarette break (Bulgarians smoke a lot!) We got to the top, rode a horse, shot a gun, did some archery and quad biking! We were then taken to a restaurant which was like a cow boy ranch pub! Awesome! Then after lunch we went down the mountains (where we broke the crank shaft - oops!) and to a private beach with bar - perfect! They drove us home, we said our thank yous and tipped our driver who was lovely (but didn't speak any English) - a highly recommended trip for those who can handle the extreme!
All in all - wonderful holiday and would go back again!

We arrived really late and the Hotel had left out a range of foods and drink which was most welcome. We were a party of 6 (2 children aged 6 and 11) mum and dad and grandparents. It was the best hotel in Sunny Beach for families, the beach was less than 4 minutes walk away, the Pool was huge with a seperate slide pool. A bar bang in the middle of the pool and lots of activities going on. The kiddie club was great and the children really enjoyed the evening childrens disco. Snacks and drinks on tap (We went all inclusive). Kids had their own non alcoholic cocktails and the Lager and wine is cold and plentiful. Their is also a range of alcoholic cocktails available in the all inclusive package. The hotel is spotless their are cleaners constantly cleaning public areas. The rooms are emaculate with the cutest animals made out of towels on the bed which the children loved. The food is extremely good, I defy anyone not to be able to find something they like every night. Lots of salards, cold buffet and the hot food is something else it ranges from kids Pizza and burgers to cord en bleu dishes. Pork, Fish, chicken, Beef , Shark -you name it. Breakfast was full english, continental, pancakes and omletes cooked whilst you wait and plenty of fruit and pastries for pudding. All in all a fantastic time had by all. My only word of warning is if for any reason you have an accident or fall ill - be aware that all doctor services are on a private basis - your E111 card does not apply for medcal services in the hotel, the card is only valid at the hospital and that is not local. It is expensive so ensure you travel with travel insurance and only pay the excess not the full amount - they need to claim the rest from your insurance company.

Spent a week at Tiara Beach with my two friends, all in our 20's. Had a wonderful time and most certainly would return maybe not for a girls holiday as the hotel is definitely a place for families. The hotel is about a 25 minute walk from the main strip in Sunny Beach. We quite enjoyed being out of the noise but you can jump on a bus for 3 lev and get there in 5 minutes. The rooms are very spacious and spotless clean, though we did find it a bit of a nightmare that there were only two plug sockets between the three of us which made getting ready a bit annoying. The pool is lovely and it was entertaining to watch the very enthusiastic animation team leading aqua aerobics classes every afternoon! You do have to get up early to get a sunbed and if beds are left with towels but unattended the hotel staff remove the towels and keep them at reception! Sunbathing around can be a bit cramped; I would have a liked a bit more space as it wasn't always pleasant breathing in the smoke of a random person on the next bed! The food was decent enough, particularly breakfast. All three of us are fussy eaters and although we did get a bit bored of eating pasta, potatoes and bread by the end of the week we never went hungry and enjoyed our meals at the restaurant. The food probably wasn't catered for Brits (Brussell Sprout canelloni...no thanks!) but It's almost worth going all inclusive just for the drinks at Tiara Beach. The pool bar and lobby bar are open until midnight and you can choose from pretty much any drink you want (plus the measures are generous!). I'd definitely recommend this hotel, particularly to families and hope other people enjoy staying there as much as we did.

Tiara beach hotel is clean and we had a lovely room a12 but it was shared balcony, and the outside furniture was old and dirty.
The breakfasts were ok omelettes good, lunch ok but overall the food in the main restaurant was Luke warm, plenty of choice and looked good but not hot enough.I did complain but never got a response from manager.we ate out most nights, very cheap to eat and drink out.I prefer golden sands to sunny beach so would not return
