“GOOD LOCATION”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 17 July 2014

Stayed here for 2 weeks in july and it is a nice family hotel.
found the staff friendly and also the guests .
Our booking was for 3 adults and an 11yr old and I thought we would have a family room but when we arrived the hotel had only a room made up for 2 adults and a child so they asked us to go for dinner and they would get the maid to make up another bed, so we had a room for 2 with 2 child beds extra put in it and left little room to move and my niece at 37 had 2 weeks with a very uncomfortable bed,
Hotel is very clean no matter what time u came in they were always cleaning.
Pool a bit small and not enough sunbeds or space for more.
Food breakfast ok, cereal, fried eggs ,boiled eggs ,strange sausages. etc
lunch, soup which normally nice, meat not to my liking but always chips and salad,
dinner, similar. AI stops too early but overall still a good hotel

I booked this holiday after reading previous reviews and I have to agree about the comments made about the food. I stayed for one week and only tried breakfast, lunch and dinner on first day after that we ate out locally which was far better. Food choice was very limited and hot meals were served luke warm or cold. The restaurant staff also had very limited English and when I asked what mysterious looking food was they didn't understand. I am not a picky eater but I found it very difficult to find anything edible except salad and bread. Apart from the food my room was spacious and always kept very clean and the staff were very friendly. If you planning to go here just make sure you budget for eating out, there is plenty of choice nearby or you can just jump on the tourist train which is about 5 min walk away (outside Continental Hotel) which will take you to centre. Overall Nice hotel just such a shame that the food let's it down.

We had a lovely weeks stay here. The rooms were very clean and spacious, with comfortable beds and hot running water and they were serviced every day. In fact the whole hotel was spotless, there was always someone cleaning. I found the staff very friendly and always willing to help if they could. As for the food, well personally I'm not sure what the problem was. We were told by the travel agents the food is pretty bland in Bulgaria, so we were not surprise. But it was definitely not terrible, it may just not be to some peoples taste. Maybe the trays the hot food was sat on could have done with being hotter to keep the food hot. But other than that there was always a good selection of food from pasta, salads, soups, vegetarian, plus the meats and chips were served all the time (most people were only there a week so you could always find some something to eat) And the food was always well presented. It really wasn't that bad......
I would like to suggest to the hotel maybe keeping the bar open in the evenings a little longer 10.30pm is really quite early.... And also look at maybe putting some entertainment on in the hotel. Whilst we were there the football was on (which was bad enough but I'm guessing if that hadn't been on the place would been dead) ....

Room Tip: We went with our daughters and their room faced out with a pool view which was very nice but ours wa...

this hotel is well situated as its a short walk from the beach and attractions without being too close to the noise. the staff are very friendly and eager to help with any problems you may have. the food was a bit disappointing but it was edible with plenty to choose from. some people have complained about the food, lack of sunbeds etc but they have to remember that for the price, they got a great deal. I would recommend that you take a kettle and hairdryer with you as there are no tea/coffee facilities in the room and the hairdryer hose is very prone to breaking enabling it useless. we would definitely go back to this hotel again but will shop around before booking the holiday as we found that Balkan Holidays was more expensive than most.

Room Tip: top floor rooms were quieter, ask for pool view

Small hotel on a very busy dangerous road. Food not that good ended up having to eat out a lot. Quite a few problems with our room when we arrived like hairdryer didn't work and they didn't care and when we arrived our balcony door was broken and they accused us of braking it and made us pay on the day of arrival and they didn't fix it until the second from last day of our holiday.

Room Tip: Don't get one near the pool as its very loud

Paid very little (£310 each) all inclusive for a week end of June for two 21 year olds.

The hotel itself is quite small and beautifully clean. The pool is relatively small but adequate and the pool area is nicely done however there are not many sun loungers - people would lay their towels on them first thing in the morning which meant early starts if you wanted one.

Hotel staff were helpful and the cleaners did the rooms every day and changed the towels. All inclusive drinks were good but the bar is only open until 10.30pm.

The only downside was the food. Catered very much towards German and Russian taste and the 'hot' food was often cold. All of the Brits we spoke to hated the food and many of us had to go out and buy food from other restaurants (cheap!) just to fill up.

I also would not highly rate the area, however we did take a walk up to Nessebar old town which is lovely and the Paradise Aquapark is a great cheap day out. The beach and strip are not too far away.

Overall I would say that the hotel is more like 3 stars rather than the 4 stars it is claiming to be, the quality of the food is poor but otherwise it was a nice relaxing week away in 28ish degree sunshine. :)

I just returned from Aquamarine the rooms were spotless and some of the staff where friendly.
But as for the food is was the worst and I feel sorry for people on a budget who then have to go and eat outside. It quite cheap outside but not if you budgeted . There was no entertainment for adults or children which is states that it does provided. I am not great sun lover but sometimes its nice to have time to sit by the pool no chance there about 20 sun beds for rooms 400 and the pool is small, but a 10min walk to the beach you got the sea. I go back and do the all inclusive with the local beers and shorts covers the cost. I would not pay a lot only go if its cheap
