My husband and I did the 3 day cooking school. We made quite a few different recipes that were delicious and used ingredients that we can buy once we were home. Arianna and Monica were lots of fun and very capable cooks. Traveling to the market was quite entertaining. The Prosecco was amazing and very plentiful.
Excellent value considering the great variety and number of dishes we made. We would highly recommend this cooking adventure.
They are located slightly off the beaten "tourist" path so you get a real flavor of the local culture. It was not difficult to get right on to Venice for the evenings from Monica's Bed and Breakfast.
