Owner description: So what’s the best golf course you’ve ever played? For many people, after they complete the epic journey at Greywolf, they’ve got a brand new favourite. Located in a spectacular alpine setting at Panorama Mountain Village, Greywolf is a course that just wins people over, time and time again. Recognized by Golf Digest as one of the Top-100 Courses in the World Outside of the United States, Greywolf is about as impressive as mountain golf gets.Designed by talented Canadian architect Doug Carrick, who has built many of Canada’s best courses in the past decade, Greywolf features several holes that will be seared in your memory bank for a long time. The dynamite collection of par-3s, capped by the diabolical Cliffhanger hole, is, unquestionably, one of the best in the world. With beautifully sculpted bentgrass fairways and hair-raising elevation changes, your round at Greywolf is going to be one for the ages.

“Yin and yang”
Reviewed 6 August 2014

Fabulously beautiful, terribly tough. Only for low handicaps. Carts not allowed on far too many holes, onerous walks on steep sloping fairways and no distance markers (GPS on carts). Price was fair for the quality. Food at cafe was good.

“Only the bunkers reduce this from Excellent”
Reviewed 30 July 2014 via mobile

Another Doug Carrick gem. This is a solid track with amazing vistas and a very challenging yet playable design.

The first 3 holes climb the mountain and put you to the test early. The signature 6th hole is truly impressive.

Lots of wildlife on the course in the peaceful and serene early morning mountain mist.

My only concern / suggestion is that the bunkers need work. They were full of rocks and the sand quality / condition was generally on the poor side. Fix this one issue and you have one solid players course.

I enjoyed this course immensely and it is a good test.

The new clubhouse is under construction.

“IF you Golf ...You Gotta check out Greywolf”
Reviewed 7 July 2014

Just played Greywolf again and the course is in great shape.
In spite of the bit of confusion due to the construction of the new clubhouse, the course itself is in GREAT SHAPE and was a pleasure to play. My wife and I set off as a twosome and were in the car park unloading the clubs in just under 3 hours. Was a great day and again the course is VERY GOOD condition.

Amazing course, friendly staff and excellent challenge for the average golfer and the pro. Each hole has its own special uniqueness. Strongly suggest staying at the Panorama resort great deals to be had on a stay and play.
