We go to Sirens for Sunday brunch at least once a month. They breakfast is always consistently good. I have tried all the Eggs Bennys and most of them are pretty good. (too much curry spice or cumin in the crabcake Benny for my tastes.) I prefer them soft and they have cooked them right almost every time. They will cook them how you want. Everything else on the menu looks good for breakfast and lunch too. I know everyone in our party always likes what they have ordered. I have not been there for dinner for a while. Went there a few times back when they first opened. I did enjoy the steak that I had a few times, but it was hit or miss, however for the price it just is not that spectacular. (steak mostly all fat once.) I can understand the prices they may charge for the view in the Summer. It would be nice to have a locals special in the off season so we could afford to go more often for dinner. When you have to pay almost $30 for a steak after tip and tax it better be pretty good or you might as well cook one at home. Have to give it another try for dinner. To end on a good note, They are still better than most of the places in Sechelt and the service has always been good. Note on ratings. Gave it one 3 on food, value and atmosphere because...I would rate food and value for breakfast 4 stars. Atmoshphere 3 because it is dated inside, but view makes up for it.
