We decided to dine here on a Sunday of a long weekend without a reservation. We were warned that it would be a very, very long wait. The line up and the delicious smells made our decision for us given that our other dining experiences so far were less than impressive. It was the kind of line up where you make new friends and enjoy great conversation :)
The service staff were surprisingly attentive given how busy they were and I am always impressed when service staff works together to help each other. The wine was chilled and our appies came out fairly quickly all things considered. Because all the pasta dishes are made fresh and most need to be baked there was a considerable wait for the main course. It was very good and hot when it arrived. We didn't have the pizza but looking around at those that did, it looked and smelled great. I would definitely eat here again if we go back to Sun Peaks.
