This is a lovely place to stay in Trinity if you are coming for a visit. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are charming, and very clean and comfortable. You are located in the heart of Trinity and all attractions are within easy walking distance. Breakfast is included in the very reasonable rate, and it is a treat! Eggs, Bacon, homemade Tea buns, toast, fresh fruit salad, cereal, juice, tea or coffee. What more could one want? Parking, just across the street - very convenient. When you check out they even give you two homemade cookies for your journey! Very nice touch! Would return there in a heart beat!

Room Tip: We had three of the six rooms, and they were all lovely!!

Stayed for one night in June. We had the spa suite which was very comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful. We chose to have our evening meal on-site in Sophia's and it was very enjoyable. There are one or two alternatives in Trinity but we felt Sophia's best met our needs. There is a communal sitting room where guests can meet for a chat. Breakfast was served at the table (not buffet style as one or two other reviewers have mentioned) and was perfectly acceptable. The village of Trinity is very attractive and makes a good stroll at any time of day. There are also other places a short drive away.

We booked the one bedroom apartment for one night in June 2014. The apartment was clean and nicely decorated. The bed was the most comfortable of my two week stay in Newfoundland including the expensive hotel we ended our trip with. The town is lovely and the waterfront is just steps from the front door of the apartment. We did not eat here, but as far as the apartment goes, it is a winner.

The room we had was a descent size and a good ensuite. There was a nice common area where you can sit and read, play cards or games, make coffee or tea. Breakfast was good served buffet style. The establishment has a gift shop and also a dining room. The dining room was not yet open for the season.

This pretty property was great value. Comfy bed, luxe bedding and towels, waterfront view, very close to main historic area, good breakfast. We enjoyed chatting with the owner about the area's history.

We had a lovely stay here in late May. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the dining room was not yet open for the season so I can't comment on that. Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed at Eriksen Premises for 2 nights.
We were fortunate to find a large room for 3 people.
It was very clean , beds very comfortable.
Staff was very hospitable and helpful.
The weather was not great , but felt like it was homey to come back to after seeing the local sights after a cold wet day.
I would come back here & recommend to anyone.
Would love to return someday !!!!
