We spent three weeks touring Atlantic Canada and had our best meal at the Red Shoe Pub in Mabou, Nova Scotia. We were late in the season and many places were closed so we did not know what to expect at the Red Shoe. What a meal! The scallops were the best in all of Nova Scotia (or anyplace else). In addition to the excellent meal, we were entertained by a local folk singer that made our dinner all the more memorable.
