Joia is a locally owned and operated, mid-class Italian restaurant. The atmosphere is warm and lovely and the owners continue to upgrade and improve the interior. The wine list is the best north of the 407 - anything from a $40 bottle to a $1,500 bottle. You will find traditional items on the menu - the bruschetta is excellent, the pizza is cooked in a wood-burning oven and is delicious, and there are daily fish and pasta specials.
The service is well-trained and knows their product very well.
Overall it is a wonderful place to go with family, friends or for a business lunch.
