We recently stayed at Huff Estates and want to share our impression of the Inn. We had a "package" arrangement and feel that we definitely received value for our $. The Inn is situated in a country environment and therefore blissfully peaceful. We were very impressed with the friendliness of the staff. They go out of their way to make your stay comfortable. The rooms are very adequate, clean and the bed very comfortable. There is a small, private patio attached to each room. The package that we had arranged included accommodations, breakfast, dinner vouchers for $100.00 in a selection of very nice restaurants (our choice). There was taxi service included in the dinner reservations, which was definitely an added bonus. I would highly recommend Huff Inn. We thoroughly enjoyed it. The only slightly negative thing I would say is....don't bother with the wine tour. It lasted a total of 7 mins. and was definitely lacking in enthusiasm. The tour was, thankfully free. This didn't reflect our opinion of the Inn, only the winery.

I have stayed here a number of times while visiting Prince Edward County, most recently this past weekend. The location is ideal for visiting wineries and Sandbanks, as well as the charming town of Bloomfield. The service is consistent and pleasant. I like the sunny, windswept spot, which is quiet and lovely in the summer. I just wish they had a swimming pool!

My husband and I stayed for two nights using a Groupon voucher. We found this to be a great deal and a terrific way to be introduced to Huff Estates and all that they have to offer - the winery, the art gallery, outdoor sculptures, etc. I use a scooter for mobility, and although there is an accessible parking space out front, the spot is poorly marked which could lead to someone parking there by mistake. Unfortunately, not all of the entrances are accessible, nor does the front door have an automatic button. Our regular room (Deluxe) was fine for my situation, however they only have one truly accessible room - so if this is necessary for you, be sure to request it in advance. We slept well both nights since the beds were very comfortable and we also loved having the private patio to enjoy sitting outside in the sun! (Unfortunately, the entrance to this patio was not accessible, so I was unable to get out there using my scooter.) The fireplace in the room is a great feature and I could see really enjoying that in the cooler months! The buffet breakfast was very nice - definitely something for everyone. We also appreciated the free DVD movies to enjoy for any evenings that you want to just stay in and relax. The staff was always willing to help and everyone was very friendly. This is a quiet, peaceful location that is clean and centrally located to lots of things to see and do. If you are looking for a truly accessible place to visit, unfortunately Prince Edward County doesn't seem to be advanced in that regard since very few of the shops, wineries and restaurants are accessible.

Room Tip: If you need a truly accessible room (grab bars, roll-in shower, etc.) be sure to request it early since they only have one of these.
