Never even knew this place existed, what a neat find.

Excellent access off Hwy 400, yet it is far enough away that noise isn't an issue.

The food was way above average, good selection and prepared beautifully.

The guest rooms are large and well appointed with the exception of the televisions. Old, really old with poor picture quality, and closed captions..

Convention facilities were really quite well set up.

Although there is a shuttle bus from the parking lot (yes, from the guest parking area) it is a bit of a pain.

We held an event for 4 days at Kingbridge for over 100 people, and, after many months of planning, I was extremely pleased with the location, venue, food, and the attention to detail and professionalism of the staff at Kingbridge. I recommend Kingbridge if you are looking for something different than the "regular" conference hotel for your employees. The collaborative atmosphere and location are ideal.

Just north of Major MacKenzie on Jane, tucked away in the forests of King City, up from Vaughan, this is without a doubt one of the best conference centres that Ontario has to offer - undeniable! And probably one the best kept secrets. Classic cantilevered wood architecture with accent trim is in total keeping of its natural surroundings. The feeling is classy and inviting, think Four Seasons luxury with Scandanavian design and Frank Lloyd Wright combined, contrasted with photographic prints. Stone fireplace in lobby with leather chairs. Panoramic windows meet up with rolling hills, fountain ponds, terraced walkways that overlook an outdoor pool and a pyramid domed indoor pool (with wonderfully warm water). Just beyond are nature trails you can explore with mountain bikes or on foot by markers. Try the billiards table in the games room, or a game of squash. Throughout the two days, our large group could not resist commenting/parroting repeatedly how beautiful, magnificent, awe-inspiring the surroundings were and how at peace we had all felt. Meeting rooms were large with comfortable chairs and suitable temperatures. There were enough electric outlets to coordinate large-scale presentation set-ups. The super substantial buffet meals were reminiscent of culinary school creations based upon various themes (e.g. Italian, Caribbean). Extraordinary main courses and variety of desserts. The chefs deserve wonderful thanks for their excellence and consistency. The shuttle service was always available, but you could just as easily walk to the trimmed premises to your tastefully understated spacious rooms with all amenities meticulously provided. Check-in was extremely efficient, restaurant staff conversational and pleasant beyond routine expectations. To those detractors, yes, the beds were on the harder side, but this is my stated personal preference rather than soft mattresses. Any traveller would be able to appreciate the absolute beauty and world-class perfection that the Kingsbridge proves to be.

This place was pretty good for a corporate function location. There were a few misses that must be noted.
1) Restaurant Lunch Buffet - Salad Bar Never Changed From Day to Day (I eat salad every day so this was a negative)
2) Rooms - Dated. Need a Face Lift, TV was older than I am, Very Impersonal and Cold. BEWARE - There is no fridge in these rooms (you have to ask for one) so if you want a bottle of water or anything else to actually be cold make the request once you check in.
3) Signage - This place is big and challenging to get around due to the lack of appropriate signage.
4) Security - There is none! Didn't even see any security cameras(unless they were just hidden really well)
5) Sleep Quality - Beds need an upgrade

Okay, so here's the Good Stuff......................

1) Overall, the food was great! There was a never ending supply of food all day long....careful, you could put weight on if you spend a week there.
2) Suite Bathrooms - Updated, Large, Lovely, Big Plus+++
3) Suite Patio - Very nice to open up the doors and let the fresh air in
4) Grounds - Tranquil, Forest, Nice Pool, Lots of walking area and a cool running track that takes you through the woods (indoors though - neat)
5) Location - not too far out of the city
6) Conference Facilities & Business Centre - FANTASTIC!!!!!!

Room Tip: There is a ton of walking so ask for a room in block 1 or 2(closest to the main building where every...

This is a great location if your looking to send your employees to a Clinc, the feeling of then environment is cold and unwelcoming. Most of the staff look as if they are old inmates that have been at the institution for the last few years. I will give it that it's quite open and airy. However you feel as if your going to be greeted at the door with a straight jacket.

The food was up and down, they had a great selection 50% of the time the other 50% if was hard to choose what to have. The wait staff was professional and well mannered and helpful. How ever the chamber maids were unfriendly and not warm at all. Front desk clerks seemed to be bothered whenever asked a question or when having a request.

The beds were like sleeping on cinder blocks and the pillows must have been stuffed with pebbles. I ended up sleeping in the chair the second night.

I guess when budget cuts come into play this is where your sent to detox. Event planners and AEs don't send your executives here, you might find yourself working here instead.

First time staying at this centre. Only irritating thing was waiting for shuttle from parking lot. I walked with my bags, something I would prefer not to do again (that's my only diva moment) .
Great facilities and grounds, made meetings seem enjoyable.
I look forward to the next time!

This is a huge place unpersonal place that can handle big groups of people and gives the feel of beeing a congress factory with little personality and warmth. Rooms are spacious with everytning you need except for one big important thing: The beds are the hardest beds I have ever come across! We had to send a person to Toronto to get an upper mattress in order to be able to sleep there whatsoever! It was rather fascinating....
Don't go there without an extra mattress on you- even better - don't go there at all.
