“Outdoor fun & relaxation”
Reviewed 15 April 2014

This one of the many parks available in the Region of Halton. We often go to Rattlesnake Point with our dog... great exercise and fresh air will help you to forget the Monday to Friday routine and truly relax in the beautiful natural landscape that this park has to offer. Enjo!

“What a great romantic shoot”
Reviewed 28 January 2014 via mobile

Went for a surprise picnic with my girlfriend. Close to Mississauga. Brought some lunch and we enjoyed it while watching the sun go down. Sat right on the edge, such an amazing view. It was with coming for two hours. A must for all couples to go

“No road signs? What happened?”
Reviewed 2 December 2013 via mobile

If you approach from the south, like I did, don't expect to see any road signs pointing the way, until you're at the entrance. Because there aren't any!
But it's worth the drive to find it.
Great scenery, nice trails - most of them are quite easy, only your energy decides how long you want to walk.
I was there out of season so to say (November), so there was a bit further between other visitors. Which was kind of an added bonus, since it meant that the local wildlife could be heard and seen, foraging around in the forest.
If you are interested in getting out and experiencing a bit of Ontario nature, this is a good place to do that.
Particularly if you can time it to when the autumn colours are peaking.

“No fangs here!”
Reviewed 26 November 2013

The view from the top is startling. Few places in Ontario's gently rolling country-side offer such a vista. You look down over Burlington to the sparkling blue of the lake.

As a park Rattlsnake Point is not large - a few acres only - but it offers picnic grounds and for the more daring a chance to climb the sheer cliff of the Niagara Escarpment. The climb is challenging and dangerous as the rock is limestone and shale. While there are many hand/foot holds they can treacherously giveway unexpectedly.

“Go to Rattlesnake Point to find an amazing view”
Reviewed 27 October 2013

Being out and exploring the nature is always my favourite activity, so I would recommend Rattlesanke Point to anyone who likes walking in the middle of nature and enjoying amazing view.
I lost a chance to go there on a sunny day, so I missed an opportunity to have a nice pictures of landscape around me. Therefore, based on my experience I would say don't go there in foggy humid day,or rainy day, however, you might see the amazing rainbow (which I saw).
