Tillsonburg Swiss Chalet can't even take an order for take-out food over the phone, not sure why but you have to call a hotline and go through an automated selection to be able to place a take-out order. Too much work to get some eats.
I personally have choose to eat else where in Tillsonburg because of this, sometimes I'm in a hurry and just want to pick up my food and go.
The service is really slow and the workers are not educated on how to deal with customers properly.
Not sure if it's because it's a Harvey's/Swiss Chalet location but the management there really needs to take a look around. I'm assuming they don't care because they don't address the issue
It's too bad because I do like there food.
