Great hotel, very polite staff and a very kid friendly hotel. Would recommend use for teams as well as personal use. Pool was clean and front lobby has a great setup that we used to have a "dads" get together and watch some World Cup soccer. Breakfast and Starbucks coffee was available in the mornings but at a charge of course. All round good stay.

Stayed: June 2014

The staff was very friendly and professional, the rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was not included but they have a good reasonably priced selection of snacks and meals in the lounge. Lots of healthy breakfast options too.

Room Tip: We had 2 queens and a pull out couch for the same price as a regular dbl room. It was very open and spacious. Great for more than 1 child.

First off I loved this hotel from as soon as I walked in to check in. The staff was fanstaic and friendly the lobby looks very nice and inviting. I wish I had known there was rooms with balconies so I could of requested that. Next time I will make sure and ask and hope a one bedroom suite has a balcony. The one bedroom suite was gorgeous it was very spacious. The pool was very nice and even has a cute little water fall from the hot tub to the pool. Too bad the weather wasnt warmer as there was a nice area outside just off of the pool area to tan with loungers/chairs. I cant wait to go back and use this area now that the summer is here. The exercise room was small but cute and has just what you need while your away. I would defeintely recomend this hotel. There is lots to eat across the street even a Dave and Buster's which is a fun place. We went to Luxy for a concert and it was great super close walking across the parking lot.

Room Tip: Request a Balcony and of course never near the elevator as that can be noisy

This certainly was not the Ritz, meaning nothing fancy but was clean ad quiet with attentive staff. My room was well appointed with a kitchen which as great as I spent the week. The laundry service was less expensive than anticipated and they did a great job. I will stay here again.

The staff were very friendly, accommodating, and efficient. The hotel was clean and the pool and hot tub were really nice.

It is a strange area (full of big boxes) and is right next to the 400 but if you are heading to nearby attractions it is a good place to stay.

They didn't offer a lot of TV channels to choose from, but that's really not the end of the world. Free wifi in the rooms was a nice touch.
