This is a simple, clean and budget friendly family motel. Many of the rooms have full kitchens and our rooms had a fridge and microwave. The owners are very friendly and speak both French and English. The motel is in a great location for visiting Beaupre and Quebec City, especially if you are on a budget. Above all, the rooms were Clean and well maintained! When there was a minor maintenance issue with a broken toilet, it was promptly repaired while we were in town the same day! this is unfortunately rare these days when it comes to affordable motels. I was very pleasantly surprised by this motel and if traveling on a budget I would definitely stay here again. They also accommodated our baby for free. Also includes Free Wifi. The motel has a nice view from the front yard, just across the road you can view the St. Lawrence.

Room Tip: If you want a stove, make sure to specify that.

It's a two star hotel, so you get what you expect. The room was clean, if dated. The fridge served its purpose. HOWEVER, security of credit card information is lax. All credit card information is stored openly on the guest registry, including the 3-number code on the back.

Clean, well-maintained, strategically located for people who want to visit Quebec City, the Ile d'Orleans and Charlevoix. The owners speak French and English and are very helpful. The units come with kitchenettes (but bring your own dish detergent and dishtowels).

The motel is sandwiched between a 4-lane highway and a low-traffic railway, so you may wish to use earplugs or turn up the fan to drown out the traffic. It's within easy walking distance of the basilica at Ste. Anne de Beaupré and several restaurants (including the endearing Bistro Ste. Anne).

For people who want t

Room Tip: The traffic noise might be slightly less in the corner unit.

If you are looking for a clean and very affordable place to sleep when you are visiting the Quebec area and would rather save money for food and fun, then this is a great place. The place does have a retro feel, but who cares?! I didn't since I just wanted a clean, comfortable and cheap place to rest. It was just that. Bathroom was very clean and sheets were freshly pressed. I saved a lot of money compared to the quotes I got in Quebec City. I think it's a great place to sleep for a frugal traveler. It was run by a nice couple who spoke great English.

We were looking for rooms with 1 week notice. Rooms in quebec city were $$$ expensive. We booked 2 rooms here at a great price.
Pros
-Location is good, very scenic drive from Quebec, 10 min from Mount Morency falls
- Room size is OK
-Parking right outside the room
- Bathroom was very very clean
-Decent for a one night stay. No frills attached.

Cons
- Roosm need a makeover in decor and furnishings. has a 80's feel.
-No customer service, noone at front desk to help with wifi access
- Kitchenette is very old an outdated.
