Description: "4" AJIJIC offers a variety of international dishes, the largest wine list around the lake as well as delicious cocktails from its two bars looking to satisfy the most refined palate, the most intense cravings, to celebrate special moments, or just to enjoy a great night. Everything here is made with the highest quality, first class ingredients. The Afro-Asian fusion influenced dishes or the French based ones create a combination of flavors that is a delight for the most sophisticated palates. In our extensive wine list (with over 55 labels), you'll be able to find the best Mexican wines available today as well as the finest French, Italian , Spanish, Argentinian and Chilean and American wines. While our bars are known for their fresh juice Martinis there is also an impressive number of creative cocktails.

Kims attention to detail is amazing. Always fresh and ready to serve, the staff is top knotch. Recently the music has been just terrific. The food while always delicious, has been varied and well portioned. People say it's "expensive", I don't know what part of the world they are from. The people that call it mediocare are comparing it to WHAT? Let's give #4 some positive energy. Ajijic needs a place of this nature. Seen and be Seen??? What is that all about. It's small village living baby, if you want vauge.... McDonalds is a 26 mile drive. Have a blast.

Unctuous service and table side visits from the owner or maître d' do not make up for the mediocre food offered at this very self-consciously upscale joint. There is a lot of "see and be seen" activity and fulsomely announced entertainment, if that is what you go out to eat for. If you want good food and an atmosphere that supports table talk, stay away.

The food is good and attractively served, but if you go with a large group, the service can be very slow and prices are higher than other places here

The food and the atmosphere was most excellent. They had a live band and we danced the night away. Lots of fun.

Number Four has included wine and food pairing to their fabulous list of inovative ideas for the summer months. After attending 3 of these out of this world events, I am hoping this will become a regular event at our little piece of heaven in Ajijic. Besides their delicious regular menu, Duck to die for, and out of this world martini selection they have once again given us the taste of Urban living in a quaint village setting.
What a team !!!
