Roberto's food is always good - we have never been disappointed in the quality or variety, or in the service, after many visits. Consistency of quality is one of the essentials of a good restaurant, I think. We are never hesitant to drop in at short notice on any day of the week. Variety is important too, in a small town with a steady clientele - residents and snowbirds rather than short-trip visitors. With a menu that is not overwhelming, you can always find something new and different and delicious, from oriental to Mexican to continental to "home cookin'", from vegetarian to seafood to slow-cooked or grilled meats. The braised brisket is memorable - so tender and flavorful - and the lettuce wraps are delicious and generous, for example. And Roberto is always there, always attentive, and always supportive of his clientele and community.
