Wonderful B&B with great hosts, Ralph and Felipe. Terrific breakfasts too. Lovely court yard and pool area with our hosts' collection of art and antiques on display in common areas and rental rooms. Ralph has traveled to many places in the world and is a really interesting guy to talk to. We enjoyed many conversations and lots of laughs with Ralph (he has a great sense of humour).
Thanks again Ralph and Felipe for an enjoyable and fun stay at your B&B. We will definitely return on our next visit to Ajijic.

What an amazing, quaint, impeccably clean, beautiful, and comfortable Bed and Breakfast. Ralph and Felipe treated us like family while still lending us our privacy. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The pool was refreshing and peaceful. Breakfast was like nothing else I've had before at a B and B. Fresh fruit, fresh squeezed juices of every kind, eggs, pancakes, breads, etc. Ralph's garden was a lovely retreat like something out of a magazine.
Villa Eucaliptos will be all you need, and will be hard to leave. It is within walking distance to restaurants like La Bodega de Ajijic, the grocery store, the plaza del centro, the lake, etc. We will happily reside at Villa Eucaliptos when we return to Ajijic every year.

Room Tip: Rooms by the pool had lovely sitting areas outside.

Hola,
Anyone planning a trip to Ajijic would be wise to book a stay at Villa Eu. B&B.
Our hosts, Ralph and Felipe, were gracious, welcoming, and were willing to
accommodate every need. What other hosts would be prepared to roll out of bed at 4:30 a.m. to bid a guest adios. The atmosphere was warm and comfortable and both Ralph's and Felipe's charisma created camaraderie among the guests;
fun and friendly bantering was the order of the day. Breakfasts were superlative with great varieties of fruit and any type of breakfast fare that one could desire.
The Villa is centrally located and within pleasurable walking distance to restaurants, grocery store, Lake Chapala Society, plaza, the lake, etc.
We would happily reside at Villa Eucaliptos when we return to Ajijic.

We had a marvelous stay at Villa Eucalyptus, just a week, though. Due to a full house, our first two days were at a nearby B&B. Ralph picked us up, luggage and all, and brought us into the amazing Villa, which was a perfect location, for relaxing, and close enough for getting around by walking the charming streets of Ajijic. We felt at home, getting to know the other guests, over breakfast, and often time, evening drinks. The travelers we met there, return every year to stay, and I could see how comfortable they were with Ralph and Felipe. We looked forward to breakfast, sampling the delicious food prepared for us with local ingredients. We were able to get lots of good information from Ralph and Felipe, about getting around town, recommendations for excursions, rental car, and the tastiest Restaurants around. We have been home for several days, and I can truly say, I miss the camaraderie that we experienced with Ralph and Felipe, and their lovely and interesting guests.

I've been to B&Bs all over the States, Mexico, and Costa Rica, but my recent week at Ralph's was hands down the best experience ever.

To me the most important aspect of the B&B experience is the sense of the proprietor's genuine liking and interest in their guests, and in what they do. At Villa Eucaliptos, Ralph definitely conveys this!

We had just moved from another B&B in town that was the opposite, so what a relief to feel genuinely welcomed. The location is great, not too far of a walk to the Plaza, yet in a quiet area of the village, and also a couple blocks to stores and services on the carretara.

We had the Jalisco room, and it was lovely and comfortable. Wifi and tv with several English channels was a nice plus. The breakfasts were delicious and varied, but great fruit was a daily feature!

If you feel sociable, you can visit with the other guests, or stick to yourself if you want to, no pressure. Ralph was also so great about giving helpful information and arranging taxis, etc.

It's refreshing to visit someplace that actually lives up to its glowing reviews. I would not hesitate to recommend this B&B if you're visiting Ajijic.

Room Tip: Jalisco room has a small cute separate room with bunk beds, tv, and entry to the back garden, in add...
