Lovely rooms, very clean and tidy. Couldn't quibble at anything apart from having two separate rooms for a family of six , we had asked for adjoining rooms but didn't get them, however we were put next to each other. Other than that a great stay, big comfy beds and fab breakfasts.

Seven members of our Family stayed here last weekend and we could not find fault with this Hotel and Restaurant! The Staff are very friendly and helpful and we really enjoyed our stay. We had a great value meal in the Restaurant in the afternoon on arrival and the Breakfast next morning was also really nice and freshly cooked(not a Buffet). Rooms and beds are really comfortable.

Room Tip: No lift ,so if you have a mobility problem ,book a ground floor room.

Despite its position on just off a roundabout on a busy main road, the hotel is very quiet. Our room was clean and spacious. The bed seemed particularly high but so comfortable. The room was quite warm but a fan had been provided. There is a large car park at the back of the hotel. Staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel does not have a lift which was fine for us but could be problematic for those who cannot manage the stairs to the first and second floors.

This hotel is well located and accessible to most areas within Dunstable. Staff is very courteous and sleep quality is good. However, there are no places to eat, within a walking distance - so you have to rely upon the "Halfway House" which is within the hotel.

Room Tip: Breakfast is charged extra - the variety offered is very small.

A relatively late booking made two weeks before August Bank holiday secured us a double room for the evening of Friday 22nd at the amazing price of £29. We needed to break our journey and the location of this Premier Inn was ideal for us. Parking is ample. Room was on 1st floor and we didn't hear any traffic noise.

Unfortunately a few guests seemed determined to make as much noise as they could late in the evening/early morning by flinging the corridor doors open and bouncing them off the wall, and speaking loudly to their mates, but maybe they were unable to read. There were plenty of signs politely asking people to be quiet when moving around the corridors. Inconsiderate guests can be found anywhere and are not exclusive to Premier Inn - just a shame their behaviour spoils an otherwise perfect nights sleep for the majority of guests.

Cleanliness and comfort were excellent. The lady who was manning reception that evening was extremely helpful. We didn't eat at the restaurant next door. There is a Tesco on the opposite side of the roundabout and a Sainsburys just less than a mile away both with petrol/diesel at good prices.

We have stayed here on numerous occasions, and you know what you are going to get, the staff are what make what would otherwise be a very ordinary hotel, something quite special. Beds comfortable and the rooms are generally quiet, breakfast always super.

Booked into the room and got our key but went straight for food at the restaurant next door as my children were very hungry. Had an excellent meal and great service despite the restaurant being very busy and under staffed. Went back to our room and it wasn't made up as a family room but a double room. Went to reception and the manager came and sorted the beds out immediately and got us all the extra towels and pillows we needed. She was very apologetic and did her best to sort out the problem. Room was spotlessly clean and quiet and there were 2 fans in it (we didn't need either). We've stayed in plenty of Premier Inn rooms and this was typical of them all in that they are reliable. This hotel had free unlimited wifi which was listed as a trial. Hopefully this will spread to all of them. Overall another good nights sleep with a great breakfast the following morning.
