All the high street was blocked so really put effort into getting here. The chips were mediocre, and the fish was small and a bit dry, the service was not friendly at all. But would have accepted this fine, as we were starving, but the mushy peas were really sharp and rancid tasting. No one in the family could eat them, and the chickens even rejected them the next day ( had to waste disposal them in tne end). Have never tasted anything like that as mushy peas, utterly revolting. Interestingly, a 2 day old portion of mushy peas at back of the fridge, still tasted sooo much better than these runny brownish acidic offering. We resorted to a tin from the cupboard in the end. Very disappointed.
